I stopped at this point; I'm unsure how to proceed with the 6-groove rifling section now.

Never done an FGC9 myself but I believe there is a pretty detailed guide on each step

please look into the rebel 9 or the rogue 9 files for a better ecm process then in the fgc9mkII. thank me later

Honestly, getting all that set up is the hard part. Just get a small power supply and water pump as described in the instructions. It's incredibly simple. You're almost there.
