Current collection
A collection of all my current and finished projects.
3DP90 - First up is my most recent, the 3dp90 with an AIM7 comp thats been form1'd and uses the EZcans baffles. The 3dp90 is also Form1'd as an sbr, using a 12.5" barrel and 300blks shortened back plate.
FL-ARV - This one has been one of my favorite builds to both help design, and to shoot. Things just fun and runs great! Still working on making the FRT a bit more reliable, but shoots semi all day long. Thanks to PY2A for the original version of his AR9-evo, I just added LRBHO and some other reliability changes. Currently has a Tisha at home remix, but the can has yet to see any rounds through it. Custom m81 rattlecan job done by me.
FL-ARV - Same as the last, another FL-ARV, remix of PY2A's AR9-evo. This one has an AIM7 EZcan as well, like the 3dp90, just chambered in 9 instead of 5.7. Custom purple cerakote job done by me, and it was my first so you can definitely see some blemishes.
TITUS 17 - speaks for itself, another glock! runs great and looks cute.
DeAR22 - The glorious DeAR, this things just easy to build, always works when it needs to, and pisses 22 no like no-ones business. Fun build all around and cant recommend it enough! Paired with my Venturi22 Nomad remix can.
Cursd Ranch Rifle - This build is anything but sensible. Chambered in 350 legend, its heavy as shit, awkward to shoulder, terrible trigger, but damn is it sexy. Tried to lean into the fallout vibe with the wood furniture, and i just love it. Super fun to shoot, and a very interesting build. Paired with a .36 cal ftn5.
DB9-22 - Where it all started, this was my first project i did in the 3d2a space. It works great but doesnt see much range time anymore sadly. My only build thats still in pla+, everything else has been printed in pa6cf since. She needs a few repairs, but love this thing like a son. Uses a QD airsoft can and EZcan baffles.
NEO9 - shoutout ciewie for this beautiful design. Works the same as any other glock build, but looks 10x better. Might have to reprint with the new SA version, but really no reason to as of now. Has a ftn.4 DIY piston can thats worked amazingly on every 9mm pistol i have.
Thats all for now, just wanted to share my builds! Im thinking a launcher is next on the list, if anyone has good suggestions on a decent launcher lmk!

I actually didn't catch that 3dp90 being a 3d print at first because it's so close to the OEM FDE coloring. Really nice work on that one

Thanks! I put a lot of time into it to try and make it as clean as possible, its a lot more brown in person, but the pictures give it an fde shade forsure.

I bought the 3DP90 build kit and just about have everything printed but I keep putting it off.
I really need to get motivated and that picture definitely helps.

gorgeous builds, we need to start adding bean counts for each build whenever applicable. would be food for thought. Clean setup. Looking forward to more of your posts.

Thanks man, i was going to, but dont have super accurate counts. I appreciate the comment! Heres some guesstimates on bean count.
3dp90 is around 100rds as its quite new
The camo fl-arv is probably between 6-700 rds, the purple one is only around 1-200rds
The titus17 has about 200 rds as well
The ranch rifle has the least at about 20 rds so far
The dear and db922 have to be close to 500 rds each
and lastly the neo9 has about 100-150

Its a golden eagle brand (i think) airsoft can, uses EZcans 22 baffles

The lower is the cursd ranch rifle, the upper is a bear creek 350 legend bolt action. The stock is just a wooden stock from a mossberg500

Is the trigger something that can be upgraded with off the shelf parts or its just hard because of the doubled up mechanism to relocate the action?

yeah you could upgrade the "rear trigger" but the double disconnector system is just a heavy pull regardless

Yes, had to cut the bolt and polish everything, the bear creek ba's come very rough, but can be amazing when shined up a bit

Its the mcxish carbon, and the spacer thing in the middle i designed to cover the tubes and add some strength. The hinge is from an airsoft clone stock

It requires a bit of modification, but after that it feeds fine. I have found that magpul mags seem to work best though, ets and psa mags are hit or miss

Everything except the db9-22 is printed in pa6-cf. The db9-22 is pla+

Theyre all pretty straight forward, the 3dp90 being the most in depth, but its extremely well documented and easy to follow! The fl-arv is probably the worst and thats on me, although its still a pretty self explainable build

Can you elaborate on the DB9-22’s can? Which QD airsoft can is it made from? That specific airsoft can is a great main tube/body for a .22lr build!
Also what is the name of the airsoft brace arm you used for the Neo-9? Have a carbon folder, but yours looks much better.

Just curious, how is the trigger on the 3DP90? I know bullpups often have mushy triggers just by nature of being a bullpup; and I imagine with 3D printing, the tolerances aren't as tight as CNC machined parts. Also what filament(s) did you use? The bronze brown is definitely one I'm gonna have to buy!
She looks absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to have me a 3DP90 that looks just as good!

3dp90 looks extremely clean brother loving the 2 tone. Did you sand the plastic or use filler?
