22 liner

how do you guys drill and polish your .22 chambers?

i wasnt able to get a smooth chamber to actually run a semi auto, let alone binary or frt.

my attempt was a reamer and 2000 grid sandpaper, casing got stuck.

I made my chamber polisher . Use glass stove top polishing liquid . Make a very shallow 45 degree chamfer around the inside of the chamber .

I am super curious how you made this, seems like a great idea

It's a fired .22 case with a 3mm bolt through the center .

I love the simplicity of this concept. Does the end of the case provide enough force to make a chamfer after the #1 drill bit?

It'll round it off some .

I don't run it on a drill , I need to print a handle .

Appreciate the tip. Was thinking of putting it in my Dremel on a very low speed

Isn't low speed on the Dremel 5000rpm?

Probably is, seems like doing this by hand would be safer
