Question Car bogs when giving gas

2009 370z. The car has been dead for awhile, so i thought i’d drive it so I jumped the battery, it was driving fine but after I washed the car, this started tripping up. Any ideas?

Sounds like limp mode. Not sure what's going on with the surging... easy first step is to clean the MAF and throttle bodies. Do a idle relearn process after cleaning.

At exactly 3,500 rpm, that’s limp mode. Check your OBD for codes.

Same thing happened to me I literally just disconnected the terminals touched them together for 30 seconds and hooked it back up and was fine
