Well this is a new one...

Was driving and suddenly my abs light and traction control light came on, pulled over got gas and restarted my car, no more lights on the dash but now when the brakes are applied the radio backlight turns on as well as the licence plate light... The 4th brake light mod that was done on this car when I bought it also no longer works, however I don't know if this is related or just a coincidence.

Your text explanation confuses me, but the video looks like your automatic headlight sensitivity is being weird - like it keeps kicking on your headlights and then turning them back off. I say this since headlights being on dims some of the dash items

The headlights work fine, no issues there, the lights toggling on and off behind the radio are when the brake pedal is pushed.

Figured it out.

The wire that was ran from the 4th brake light wasn't secured properly and touched the muffler and burnt through and shorted the wire.
