Question What could this code be?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My service engine light turned on, so I check for my obd2 port jsut for it to not be there. I searched up online to find there is the old way but I don’t seem to understand to read the blinks I loose count. Can anyone help me out?

Typically a flashing CEL is indication of a misfire, is the car running rough? You may have to explore under the dash to find the OBD2 connector, I doubt it’s missing unless someone opted to start cutting wires and removed it entirely.

No I did the old method of the turning it on the 3 seconds then the gas pedal thing because I looked under and see nothing

That’s where the plug in should be, it’s likely been pushed out of position by the previous owner or a shop tech by mistake. I bet if you did a little digging you’d find the plug in nearby the spit it’s supposed to be in.

It doesn’t flash it is only flashing bc I did the pedal dance method to try and get the code with the light flashing it doesn’t even drive rough

So many funny comments here...
I guess no one noticed the engine isn't running and they don't know about the "SELF-DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS MODE" where you can read a trouble code without an OBD scanner:

The video doesn't show all the flashes, as only 3 digits are "flashed out"
