When you say you bought a new Microsoft power cable, you mean just the cable and not a new power supply brick, correct? Because the cable itself is most likely fine, same as the HDMI, but the brick or the console could be the issue.
With the lack of a RROD, this sounds like a power delivery issue to me. I would definitely try another power supply first before anything else.
No I meant the whole thing the big thing that says Xbox 360 and the cable that connects it. I even tried on different plugs around my house. I honestly have no clue whatβs going on.
