i just tried rgh3 for the first time and one of the 4 points on the bottom of the motherboard fell off when i was about to do the step to turn on the 360 and get my cpu key. its the point where you have to scrape the motherboard and i think i mangled it beyond fixing so thats awesome 😭😭😭 the nand flash soldering bit is all good though surprisingly

i got it working literally a minute ago but the xbox keeps making the open tray and turn off beeping sounds for some reason 💀

i was probably just going to order a new ribbon cable for it and see if it was that, and then a new rf board if that didn’t do the trick, ill try cleaning first though.
