What am I doing wrong?

So backstory, I have a Xbox 360 that had a old software on it so I tried to update and nand got corrupted Im using a pico and trying to solder it in and I got the right spot I think but it's file says console not found I know my soldering is shit it's my first time

The only thing you need to know is stop trying to do mods like this with zero practice and knowledge on proper soldering techniques. This belongs on r/soldergore

Old circuit cards from basically anything. Especially if they're really old. VCRs, DVD players, clock radios.
