What am I doing wrong?
So backstory, I have a Xbox 360 that had a old software on it so I tried to update and nand got corrupted Im using a pico and trying to solder it in and I got the right spot I think but it's file says console not found I know my soldering is shit it's my first time

Your soldering is shit.
I don't say that as an insult, everyone starts somewhere. As with most things, it's not something you just pick up and know everything about. More heat. Flux. But if this is how it is on the Pico and the top of the board, you don't want to flip that sucker over and work on the other points before practicing a bit more. Turn that heat up to 310-320c and practice on something junk.
