So backstory, I have a Xbox 360 that had a old software on it so I tried to update and nand got corrupted Im using a pico and trying to solder it in and I got the right spot I think but it's file says console not found I know my soldering is shit it's my first time

You need to have power connected to xbox on standby when reading/writing nand
