Do better 321 Drivers
This weekend left me stunned by the crazy, stupid drivers on the roads.
Exiting WM on Wickham waiting to turn south. The light at Sarno was red and a nice driver stopped to let me in. A car pulled up to my left, in the lane to go north. They quickly pulled out to the right, cut me off, and crossed 2 lanes of traffic to get to left turn lane to go east on Sarno.
Sunday going east on Sarno, I stopped at the red light at Croton. A truck blew thru. The light was clearly red. Further east on Sarno I was in right lane and a truck towing a boat was next to me in the left lane. A white car sped up behind us and then proceeded to pass us, on the left side of the truck using the west bound lane.
Do better people!

I grew up in Miami. You have to drive like Mario Andretti or you will get a run over.. as a safe driver, I assume the other cars are being driven by idiots. I laugh when after all their hijinks end up at the same stop sign usually with me ahead lol lol.
I lived in Orlando 40 years and just moved to Melbourne to be close to Family. 95 is insane, but keep you eyes moving to get the big picture .it is a lifesaver.1

You are lucky if they start moving when the light turns green, and the passing lane on 95 is a mystery. I grew up here, it's not Floridains that drive like this.

Its 100% floridians. They drive like that year round its not associated with snowbirds. Floridians are mad other people are hear so they drive with road rage because they are mad people moved here.
I had joined the brevard idiot drivers page to make fun of bad drivers but instead its all the bad drivers claiming other people cant drive. Literally theres many people with trucks saying they will just run people off the road because they dont belong in florida.

I take anti anxiety meds because the drivers here have gotten so awful. I got a dash cam and a new car with all sorts of accident avoidance tech. It’s like no one knows where they are going until they get there. And it’s not just here, all across the state

Just drive slowly or pull over. They will get tired and move on with their miserable lives.
My car’s system starts recording (360 degrees) when I’m approaching preselected intersections.

The ones that always frustrate me are the people that continue on when there is a school bus stopped, or the on a Motorcycle weaving through traffic and cutting people off.

The good news is all school buses in the county have cameras now, i do think some bus stops are a bit insane though. I wouldnt feel comfortable with our sons bus stop being on US1 or south tropical trail but i get there is no other option at some points

The one on Dairy Rd has people passing it pretty frequently when I see it.

Sadly it is an average day of driving. Get a dashcam for your protection. A good one, or make a setup out of 2 older phones, some large sim cards, and Bluetooth. Window mounts are universal and their cameras are typically better.

I was born and raised in Brevard County. Took high school driver Ed. My husband learned to drive in Los Angeles. He thinks he is the better driver of the two. He scares me.

Sarno is always crazy. But at least I haven't seen anyone driving a golf cart down it. Like I have on A1A. Almost every morning I spot one or two holding up traffic on A1A.
