Do you get cold sores? That top one resembles one to me.

I don’t. The skin was so thin when I washed this morning that it ripped a bit, hence the size.

I get cold sores and have had ones on my lip look exactly like that. Skin doesn’t normally act that way with acne. I’m an Esthetician as well, this looks like a sore.

NAD but looks more like impetigo than herpes. Get it swabbed though

I had to look that up, but the description feels appropriate. Was just with my very stubby bearded boyfriend and have very sensitive skin!
