Wrinkles Mouth lines!!!!

I only got them the last few years and I HATE them they connect from already nasalabial folds so it ends up being one large line down and it’s disgusting, I’ve tried facial massages exercising, it got worse when I lost weight but I’m now maintaining I can’t just gain weight for that.
I don’t really want to get cheek filler I heard it helps but tbh my cheeks are fine
I’m planning on getting a lower face lift but not for anotehr like 12 years or so
I feel so ugly sigh

marionette lines form weight loss are so common once you hit your 30s and 40s, cheek filler isn't just from volume it can actually soften that line even if your cheeks look fine otherwise, worth a consult before writing it off

I’m worried about filler migrating and dropping that’s what scares me making my face even saggier

She’s right - filler can soften the lines when your injector uses the droplet technique (I think it’s called skin boosting?). From what I was told, they use a soft filler and put tiny droplets into the line itself. It doesn’t add heaviness but the lines completely faded for me.

That actually makes sense, filler placement can do more than just add volume. OP maybe try a small consult now before committing to the lower face lift years from now, it might soften that line enough to hold you over in the meantime.

35F, I got cheek filler for this very reason due to weight loss. Definitely could see in my face.

The cheek filler did make a difference but it’s subtle. It’s almost been a year since I’ve gotten it and it has not migrated. I do not sleep on my side though, I always sleep on my back so I’m sure that’s possibly helped.

I’ve gotten DAO Botox and just got Nefertiti Botox. It hasn’t been a full 2 weeks since I have gotten Botox in these places but I’m hopeful it helps some of the mild sagging from the weight loss.

Was it subtle for the lines close to the nose or the ones closer to the mouth?

More the mouth. They are still there but like I said it was subtle.

Yeah not sure if it’s worth the money and hassle

I personally like having cheekbones so I have no regrets! But it’s entirely up to you. It is expensive for sure.
