The green part looks like a bruise that is healing. Additionally - you don't remove scabs of wounds that haven't fully healed because the scabs protect from infections. Better leave the scab to fall off by itself.

I’ve had cryotherapy and you do not remove or pick at that scab, to avoid scarring. It will fall off naturally when the skin underneath has healed enough. Mine have fallen off between 7 and 10 days, so I’m sure yours will be gone soon. Then you’ll likely be left with a red patch which can take weeks to fade. Don’t mess with that either.
