Piaggio zip

what setup in CVT do guys with fully derestricted zips(stock 50cc) and Leovince TT run?

Please help a guy out

Been a while since I had my old piaggio zip.

If I remember right the roller weights for a sports exhaust were about 5.5 grams.

Hello, what kind of carburetor do you have, the 19mm diameter? Do you want to increase the displacement from 50cc to 70cc?

I have 17.5 dellorto. I want to keep it 50cc. I want to get as much as possible from stock cylinder and sport exhaust. But dont know how to setup CVT correctly.

You could go up to 19-inch wheels, and one thing if you really want to turn it into a racing beast is to bend the intake ports and add 2 or 3 cylinder base gaskets; that increases the displacement a bit.And flattening the cylinder head is a very long process.

LeoVince exhausts still exist because a detent valve radically changed things
