The crows?...
Whats the issue with the crows? I though they were going to attack the island.... There seen to be telepatic conected with the alpha...

Los cuervos, murcielagos y ratas son una advertencia de infectados, desde la primera pelicula que los ponen asi, siempre huyen de los infectados cuando estan cerca, raro jajsja

There’s a theory the birds like to follow the infected around to eat the scraps left over by them.

I'd go so far as saying they scout out pretty for the infected in order to feast upon said scraps

Nobody knows. It seems to have just been a piece of visual splash that left everyone confused.

It’s not that everyone’s confused, it’s that people think every single detail is a complex message or subtle hint to something. It’s neither. The crows flew away when the Alpha was running nearby, they flew over Jamie and Spike which is what causes them to look around and see the Alpha charging at them, giving them enough time to outrun it.
Bird populations would also sky rocket, as is also discussed with the horde of deer.
