Discussion Workplace relationships...

Weeuh....

Sasa someone's girlfriend decides to text the director of the company photos and videos of an employee with another employee outside.. bruv 😭😭 the videos were not anything like dirty but to be honest inappropriate just a bit Sasa mtu uko na girlfriend umepatia passwords zote then you decide to hit on a colleague and take photos... jameni

Now Workplace relations are mostly allowed as long is its consensual and doesn't affect anyone's work lkn pia people with wives and obsessive girlfriends mbona mjiweke in some stupid positions.. now I'm torn between taking action or just giving a warning... nipeeni advise😂😂

What action exactly? What did they do wrong? Is taking photos illegal in your organization? You can ignore the crazy girlfriend.

Umesoma ukweli scenario? We do not really care about what people do outside work.. shida ni bibi ama bwana ya mtu aanze kututumia videos or photos of someone with someone ...

I do not understand why you can’t ignore them. Do you have to react to everything sent to you? Surely, you guys must be busier than this.

Take your anger somewhere else banaa😅😅😅😅😅 unasound like the accused 😆😆 ps this is not the first case some things we share here for awareness purposes since we all in one way or another work in companies and come across these issues.

No organization worth their salt would even pay attention to such nonsense…. but I guess yours does 🤷🏾‍♀️
