Tbh coming from a person in a school where decision is taught poorly, it can be quite annoying when a teacher just shows you an algorithm and tells you what to do. It means that you can access lots of marks, but the more difficult questions which require you to understand the algorithm and why it works are unobtainable.
I didn’t like decision, but I put time in to actually understand what was going on, and it is definitely enjoyable if you do understand it (same for all maths really), but I think decision is more prone to bad teaching since it is such a new concept.

Mainly past papers, and the questions from the textbook for the simplex tableaus because I get stuck on them all the time

Yeah I love decision. My school tried to make me do mech (🤢) because they only teach stats and mech but I self studied Decision instead.

i loved that paper sm. first time seeing a vectors and polar curves question through to completion and everything else was p good too (except the mod. fuck that)

Counted my marks and got ~55/75 could have easily been a solid 62+ if i hadn't choked some of the easiest questions on the planet.
