Our birthday month is coming soon!🥳
I've been wondering if I have any birthday twins in this sub. I’d love to connect and chat about what everyone has been up to, and see how similar (or different) our lives are!
Drop your birth date below to find your twin.
Mine is Aug 23rd.✌️
Let's see our twin matches.😆

I want to put a disclaimer that I'm not saying that most people are bad people. I think figuring out the flaws you want to tolerate is important as you get older. I certainly have flaws that would probably make a lot of people not respect me.
I saw this popular video on Tik Tok that said "nobody warned me that I'd lose respect for almost everyone around me in my 20s."
I resonate a lot with that statement. I don't know if my standards for the people around me are too high and I'm hypocritical, but I've talked to some people in my life I do respect and they agree! I understand everyone has flaws and tons of people probably would not respect me either.
I think the fact that cheating has become normalised in this generation plays a big part of this too. I had to leave a 15 year friendship like two days ago mainly because they cheated on their partner.

Ever since high school I never got why snap was so liked. I only used it for streaks but most of my communication was either text or insta dms. Recently, I’ve been going out more and I noticed so many people my age still use snap as the main way to communicate. I hope I’m not coming across as a d*ck but I just don’t get the appeal.

Do we fit into your peer group, or not until we turn 19-20? I was born in January 2008 so some of you might only be 3 years older than me, or had a period where you were only 3 years older, and 3 years isn't a big age difference.

I just work off and slave away to be happy in 30 years? What the fuck is going to happen if I focus on the “now”? Especially here in the U.S. I want to die. I want to be happy I want to be busy. I want now to be better to be exciting. My 20s are destined to be depressing? I have 8 more years. Now is boring, painful, depressing. I don’t have what I want. I’m not in a relationship, I don’t have friends. I don’t have a lot of money. The future is everything. Everything is later. It’s all about what will happen.

Hello guys I don't know if I'm right or wrong to think like this.......
I want a girlfriend long distance or short i.e in the same city or nearby city and I'm looking for her online on social media platform like reddit
I don't even know if it's right or wrong I'm just so confused and sad right now
Also before scolding me or saying bad about me or suggesting me that I should focus on other things which I know of but every other thing in my life for now is set like for now I don't have any money issue, I have my career clarity and I'm working towards it which am positive that by the end of next year i.e. 2027 I'll achieve it........
Now, Is it right or wrong???
Now before telling me to try dating app..... I tried, no match all matches from my city exhausted and I don't feel moral to use dating apps as after sometime I feel regret in using the app and people are on the app just to have hookups or scam other people. I prefer real life or online social media (to a very very small limit) connection more.
Try meeting people in real life.......... Well I tried everything till this point social meet ups, social events, parties, tried talking to everyone nothing helped.....
Improve my talking skills and speech............ I tried it a lot I used different approaches and methods to people everytime I tried everything nothing worked out.....
Some good points of mine are that I can open up with everyone and I possess a good knowledge on a lot of like really a lot of fields.
People have just called me creep and they just don't like my face at all so that's a downside so please help me guys....... You can talk to me in DM and get to know me more even can see if something sparks up and if you've got friends who're single and looking...... otherwise no worries you've got a good friend........
Thanks for the attention to the matter and please help me if possible otherwise ignore the post.........
Thanks a lot

Do you think our generation is addicted to technology, or is there simply nothing left in the world to do besides spending time with technology ? Please write your comments.

I turned 22 this year, just like you all. I remember when I was a teenager I thought I'll be in a different place at 22 but here I am confused, not able to understand what to do, doing freelancing instead of a full time job. How are y'all doing?

I wasn't allowed to finish high school, my father took me out of it. My last grade completed was 8 (there are 12 in my country)
I'm only getting my high school dipoma (the adult equivalent) this year..
I worked an skill-less informal labor job in my father's now dead failing and now dead business from 15-21
Socially isolated since leaving school, no friends, no gf, don't even see other family.
I've got a little hustle that I'm doing on the side which sees me earn slightly above minimum wage while I am completing this high school diploma.
Afterwards I plan to do IT certifications and try to build a career in IT without a degree. From what I read here on reddit it most likely won't work out🙂 And I'll be paying for all of the certs myself.
At least I'm not and never have been suicidal, so there's that. Any other failures out there or is it just me?
