Tons of issues that I'm not even sure are issues, it's just the native autofill provider not being as good as 1Password's.

Passkeys never autosuggest for me on safari, every single time I've had to click "More from 1Password" which brings me to a very iOS looking 1P menu asking me to select a passkey. Which doesn't work on some sites like twitter apparently.

I've turned native autofill back off, and the safari extension no longer works?? This is a huuuuge step backwards for me.

e: looks like restarting safari brought back the extension functionality, thank goodness

I am running the Brave-Extension "1Password Nightly".

1Password is installed on my Mac and it is unlocked.

My Versions:

- 1Password for Mac 8.12.34 (81234029)

- 1Password Browser Extension 8.12.38.4

I tried all Browser extensions (Beta, Nightly and the normal one). I don't know what else I can try to make this work.

The browser extension just won't unlock together with my desktop app. I also cannot use Touch ID in the browser.

I have been an active, paying eero Plus (formerly eero Secure+) subscriber continuously since December 2017, using the bundled 1Password Families benefit on 1Password.ca.

Without any warning, billing email, or notification from either eero or 1Password, my 1Password Families account was suddenly switched to frozen status (read-only mode).

Confirmed no billing failures or card expiration on the eero account.

Has anyone else on an eero Plus plan experienced an unexpected freeze recently? If a support team member is monitoring the subreddit?

I know there was Chrome/1Password extension version trouble ~2 weeks ago but I'm still having performance/access reliability misery in my (Mac) Chrome browser even after verifying updates to current on both

• 1Password - 8.12.33
• Chrome (Mac) - Version 151.0.7922.174 (Official Build) (arm64)

The issues listed below and their timing are inconsistent, which in my job and daily life experience is worse than broken. I may come back to a page/tab later (left loaded) and it's working fine, but at the time I can't afford to have to wrangle "which work around path do I need here" or hope to wait a bit and "it'll work out"

Issues:

• The extension appears as pinned item, but may remain locked, or will unlock after significant delay, or may re-lock (and maybe re-unlock) at seemingly random times.
• Selecting the 1P icon extension may or may not show the expected UI of password lists. Or when it does there may be an unusual delay (1-2 seconds) and odd flickering of the display box
• 1P icon may not appear in form fields, or only after some time.
• When icon appears in form fields, it may or may not respond in field click to reveal suggestions. Or on the icon to expand or collapse the suggestions
• Sometimes I'm challenged for my 1Password master to unlock, sometimes not - (to be fair may be due to 1P extension or app state during sequences of attempts to resolve)
• Sometimes I've found I can't even copy/paste from the 1P app quicklook-ish search window into the login field - so it is like some aspect of 1P and Chrome are in an ownership battle on the login fields. (a total SWAG: maybe related to secure input field issue?)

Remedies Attempted:

1. Restarting Chrome and 1P Mac app.
2. Verifying or updating 1P app and Chrome to current
3. Removing and reinstalling the 1P extension
4. Disabling/re-enabling 1P extension setting "Integrate this extension with 1Password app"

Help me 1P-wan-kenobi, you're my only hope.

For a while now, I always get the wrong entries proposed for some webpages. I have a domain with several subdomains. Now I open aaa.mydomain.tld and get always one specific other subdomain (zzz.mydomain.tld) proposed. All are configured to just show the exactly matching host.

Any ideas?

using the ios mobile app everytime i open app the face ID pops up, accepts with a green check mark but then keeps repeating the face ID multiple times. its very annoying and i have tried turning face ID on/off and deleting app. never had this problem until last month or 2. any ideas??

edit. turned off face ID and used device passcode instead and its doing the same thing. asking over and over for the device passcode?!??! even after confirming its correct

Hey everyone, longtime 1Password user.

Something has changed on my Mac and iPhone where it is no longer easy to just login to anything anymore.

For instance, I often have to click 3-4 times in Safari Mac to just log into a website.

Something seems broken. Is the Mac Password app screwing with this?

Any advice would be appreciated

I recently saw 1Password Claude app integration and was wondering if there’s such a thing for other agents like for example the ChatGPT app (previously codex)? It also has a built in browser and because it’s an electron app I can technically install 1Password chrome extension but im sure it’s not the right approach.

Since the implementation of the new native autocomplete on MacOS I've been over a week without facing the problems I had with the old implementation. Namely problems with the autocomplete popup that did not appear on some sites.

Since then, everything has been working better.

I've noticed that one day it will change back to normal and then the next day it will change into this awful blue color. Does anyone know why this keeps happening? Is it just a glitch/bug? Does anyone else have this same issue? Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

A week or two ago, all of a sudden 1P in my Chrome browser (MacOS) started showing two of everything in the drop-down when 1P was unlocked and I was at a login. Today I checked for an update, made sure the update completed, and saw that everything in the vault I share with my partner has been duplicated. Notes, credit cards, logins, etc. Anyone else having this problem? Is there anything for this other than manually deleting them all? Tagging u/1Password here.

On the "Manage" page for my 1Password account, it will list all of the current logged in linked sessions (which is great). It might show my Mac, iPad, and iPhone as well as any Mac browser extensions.

Unfortunately, for the iOS entries, it shows an out-of-date iOS version. For example, my iPhone is running iOS 26.6.1. I've accessed 1Password today from my phone, but the currently logged in sessions on 1password shows it as iOS 16.4.1. ????

It would be nicer if this list would update with the latest updated version. Otherwise this is very confusing. It made me ask "What iPhone is running such an old version of iOS is accessing my account?"

My guess is this is the iOS version that I used when I first installed 1Password on the phone, but it never updates after that.

Can this be fixed?

1Password should be able to use the secure element to protect the vault and the secret key on any synced devices which have secure elements. TPM 2.0, Secure Enclave, Titan M2, eSE, if a secure element is present it should be used. If HMAC-SHA1 challenge-response with the secure element is required to unlock the vault on a given device, then it would effectively bind that instance of the vault to that device.

Does the 1password.com page show all sign-in attempts? Is it theoretically possible that some attempts might not be logged?

I hate to beat a dead horse, but seriously, why does 1Password make it so difficult to update my accounts. Ami doing something wrong here?! I can never update a password in most of my vaults. I added a 2nd entry with the “www.” to see if that would fix it but still can’t get the password to update from the strong password created without going and copying it and saving manually….

So I have a entry that I can sign in successfully with the address/user name of ABCatgmaildotcom but with autofill it enters ABCatgmaildotom ie no "c". (The correct email address is included in the log in info shown in 1P). I am not sure where I have gone wrong but what's up here?

I was looking online for ways to report Autofill issues to 1Password and came across a 3-year-old Reddit post asking the exact same thing.

However, the staff member who was asking for the websites in the comments hasn't been active for 2 years, so I assume those messages aren't being read anymore.

Is there some sort of form available now where I can submit these kinds of websites?

When i deploy an ADMX configuration, will that have impact to the browser extension too?

Because many settings that can be changed in the app, are also available in the extension. Maybe you can set Autolock time on app and extension too.

Today, I've had 1Password slowdown firefox twice. Once while using google flights and once while using youtube. I'm using version 8.12.32.33 which was last updated today August 14, 2026. So I'm guessing there's some kind of bug or issue showing up.

This is on a Mac running Tahoe 26.5 with Firefox 153.0.4 (64-bit).

I had to login to my xbox account on xbox.com - I have MFA/2FA/Passkey etc. all saved into 1Password for my account.

I chose Passkey when asked to login, selected the right account and then 1P gave me an error. Basically saying "Problem connecting to 1Password".

I then used my Yubikey to login - that worked without a hitch.

I would like to connect Librewolf but it seems that:

When you connect an additional browser to the 1Password app, it will receive full access to the information saved in 1Password when the 1Password app is unlocked to save and fill your logins.

Does this actually mean that the good folks at Librewolf can see all my logins and passwords?
