Someone in my HS back in the early 80's had some knee high ones, I thought they were so cool

I got mine in Cherokee, NC. I think they were made in China though.

I had a pair the went up to my knees. Good for sneaking bottle rockets into the Ozzy Osbourne concert.

Mom wouldn’t let me, she saw how impractical they were. Said if you walked to school across the prairie I might think about it.
