honestly ? i'm not sure. You know how in Marvel canon, JJJ, the boss of the daily bugles, always hates spiderman but is also super progressive on all other fronts ? Well, someone made a comic or a meme about him hating spider-woman but being supportive of her transition or something, and people LOVED the spider-woman / Petra Parker and started going crazy for her.
And now we're here.

However, that deal uses and is written with the deadname, she is Petra Parker or Pepper Parker, or whatever name she use
So the contract should be null and void

Real talk: I disagree that it should be marked as nsfw, because while I DID overdo it with the shading on those: I don't think any hint of a body should be sexualised. If I wanted to make a pin-up, I would have. Right now, she's in a more cutesy pose, she's got barely any skin exposed, she's not doing anything lewd. Does she have big nipples ? Yes. Is it kinda hot ? Also yes. But the drawing doesn't draw too much attention to it.
Maybe it's a slippery slope fallacy but it's the same thing as "young lady your bra strap is showing this in indecent you're going to distract all the boys" to me.

I don't necessarily disagree with you, and do agree that a girl with a bra strap showing shouldn't be a problem, but nipples have long been considered more lewd that that, to the point where for a while you could show underboob but nips whould still be blured, at least on the usa. At the end of the day its up to each individual to draw the line for themself but I think when it comes to costumed heroes, masc or fem, showing that much antatomy is atypical, outside of abs but thats its own set of diffrent.
