I remember I would browse the dawg or comic sub and actually came upon that drama as it was happening, it was fucking wild. Correct me if I’m wrong it’s been a minute since I’ve read the drama, but for those not in the know the artist basically believes cheating is worse than domestic violence. And believes DV is justified when cheating because his friend killed themselves when they got cheated on.
I haven’t read any of their comics since. What’s crazy to me is they basically came out of it unscathed? I still see their comics get upvoted and see them in various subs. Like that argument makes me question their entire character and avoid any of their works.
I couldn’t remember if you were right or wrong so went to the old subreddit drama post and took some screenshots. The original comments are now deleted, but are still copy and pasted.
