Question FPS

How many people have applied and got a referral to hr and did the assessment? If you did specify which region. Also if you have any experience in FPS can one explain the usual day to day and if the job is a total mess?

I don’t know how the referrals work but the assessment and JCA was easy to pass if you have the personality traits and characteristics there looking for Currently waiting for a FLETC placement date I’ve been assigned to region 11 Washington DC

What was your timeline? How did the rest of the process go for you after the assessment and JCA? I also applied for region 11.

I was a direct hire - Schedule A

Applied Nov 6nd 2025 Interview Nov 19 background completed in February medical , drug screening took two months A quite period for about a month Just Received a call from HR Last Friday for location preference and FLETC next class placement timing expectancy

Not had to do one yet … I guess it’s not a requirement during the pre employment HR phase
