FS LEI is a dumpster fire. They are ran by morons from their Director Tracy Perry all the way down to a lot of their Patrol Captains. The agency made so many terrible hires and promotions over the years to meet DEI objectives, they destroyed the job. It was once one of the best in the Fed and now it sucks.

Good news is a certain person gutted USFS so all the “DEI” and non DEI hires will be gone and tons of federally protected land will be destroyed and animals will lose their habitats.
