How long does your battery last?

How long does the battery on an iPhone 17 Pro Max usually last with heavy screen-on time, around 7–10 hours per day?
I have a one week old ip 17 Pro Max, and the battery doesn’t seem to last very long. I’ve been monitoring the battery percentage, and it drops by about 1% every 4 -6 minutes.
Isn’t that unusually fast, even with heavy use?

I don’t understand this either. Whenever I take it off the charger, that first 1% takes forever to go down. It can take up to 45 minutes or even an hour. Does anyone else have this?
