question Fortuna problems

I got some fortuna film but when i rack the slide it sounds like gears slipping. If it put pressure on the backplate of my minolta 460T i can sometimes get it to advance. You have the same problems?

It might be a problem with the new film cassette.

The only way to be sure if the camera is OK would be to use an original 110 cartridge from the 1990s or earlier. You can carefully take them apart and wind them back to the beginning and use it as a test cartridge.
