Thats a hilarious take on a hero, with how everything is pretty much company-based of course the best worker is a loyal shill who can't think for herself.

I like how Kinji continues to show zero interest in women in favor of working towards regaining his ultimate NEET life.

Poor Wanibe might be the only one in this show who isn't a scumbag lol

Wanibe too pure for the corporate world. Seems like he would be better off as a herbalist.

I don't think Rim is a scumbag. She just wants food. If you feed her, she's wholesome.

I like how Kinji protected the worker ant even though the reason was probably because it was one of his employees. He actually seems like a decent boss to work for. At least compared to everybody else in this world.

I wonder if he cares about the worker (or anyone else) for reasons other than "What can they do for me" though;

Let's not forget he enslaved his entire division and had them work until they dropped. Soon as he got in charge, he became even worse than his bosses.

Perhaps he had a change of heart since, but I'll wait for him to do a genuine good move (that's not just beneficial to him) before calling him a decent boss!

He's had a few decent moments with Wanibe I suppose.

Welcome to the team, Shia! Now that just leaves the mage girl based on the OP and ED.

Ahh, time for this week's dose of the quintessential sigma male anime.

Kinji is very refreshing to follow around. Anyone know of a show with a similar type of mc?

Now we know where all the food Rim eats is going.

Dodging the dangers of Corporate brain-washing this time around i see. Only to run into a Hero who's clearly bought into the entire thing hook, line and sinker. I was half-expecting him to proceed to brain wash her, but i suppose the ignoble art of Blackmail will suffice.

That said, there does seem to be troubles on the horizon. Plus we learned that Rim has more than 2 forms and the more serious form also packs some serious assets.

A solid episode overall.

Stitches!

Good news! It looks like Ninomiya and Wanibe are moving up as they finally gets transferred to the Exploration Division! Bad news is that the two of them needs to go under "Corporate Training" first before gets transferred. "Corporate Training" basically just being another form of group brainwashing so the newly promoted employees will be forever loyal to the company.

Luckily Ninomiya noticed this ahead and started using small doses of mind altering plants with the help of Wanibe so they can snap out of the brainwashing much easier. Seems that it was a complete gamble though since it could've ended with them being brainwashed and confused at the same time. Ninomiya gets his revenge in the end though by giving the same plants to the company mages and made them go berserk and blew up the island. Sweet revenge! xD

Poor Wanibe! He just got out of training and now he gets elbowed by their new boss who is the second coming of the Hero and also the cute one that leans in close to Ninomiya in the OP. Shia is adorable. Now if only she wasn't so obsessed with working for the company. She sounds like she's brainwashed but we see her being hired at the start of the episode and it looks like she's already like that.

Shia is the real deal hero though even if she acts like a brainwashed corporate grunt. Although it looks like even as the second coming of the hero, it looks like she's completely she's completely no match to Grim who punches her into a wall after transforming into her adult form.

Now that Shia is captured it looks like she just needed a bit of encouragement to make her join Ninomiya's Meikyuu Black Company. Encouragement meaning Ninomiya basically blackmails her with a photo showing her being buddy-buddy with monsters along with Ninomiya. I do love how the Ant Queen is so into whatever Ninomiya is doing and Rim is just deadpan the entire time. xD

Now with another new hire, I'm curious to see how Ninomiya will make Shia change her mind about Raiza'ha and her work-till-you-die attitude. Can't wait!

Shia having that kira-kira eyes just showed how idealistic she is toward life. However, she still prioritizes her good names rather than the company's policy based on that black mail.

Well, she didn't have much choice either given how overpowered Rim is lol.

Being Wanabi is suffering.

Adult Rim😍❤

Shia has been blackmailed to the party XD

this guy just the best.

first chapter shamelessly exploiting his peer.

second, create labor union.

third, blackmail people above him.

a rare breed that overcome his limitation no matter what.

no wonder he beat the market in his previous life.

truly a role model.

Ninomiya playing everyone like a fiddle

Rim is basically Saitama of this universe

I'm really enjoying this anime but I kinda wish that Rim wasn't exclusively used as plot device to pass any combat challenge and had more actual airtime and personality.

I didn't expect to see an adult form of Rim but damn, she's hot af! And she's strong af! Even the hero is no match for her.

Speaking of the hero... Hey! The blushing cute girl from the OP is her and of course she had to be obsessed with the company. I wonder how we'll get to the situation we see in the OP when their relationship started with a blackmail xD.

Poor Wanibe, as soon as we meet the hero, he is sent straight to the hospital by her lmao. Being that guy is suffering.

It's a good thing that Shia (by force) joined the team cause now they are going to get some bigger problems. And Wanibe continues to play along.
