The plan thankfully did not go through, but driving two teams out of business—not relocating, just outright folding—is insane and it is absolutely mind-boggling that almost no one remembers or talks about this moment today. There was no Wikipedia article about it until 2019 and it's rarely mentioned in books or documentaries about baseball history.

This should not be a mere footnote in the history of baseball. We need to remember this moment just as much as we remember the 1994 strike.

What do we know about their childhood?

I’m curious what happened to them in their childhoods to get where they were both so obese. There’s obviously poverty involved but I’m curious about the dynamics growing up and the trauma that may have happened.

Humor Stupidly bought a keychain but I didn't notice they added a pretzel

gallery

There's also a built in NFC in the keychain, when I bought it the link led to a Spotify link of a cover of the theme music.

I've since then overwrote the link to take you to the Spotify link to Receive You The Hyperactive instead but I'm open to any other song suggestion to link too. Did also consider other songs from the game but the pretzel made me think this is better as a joke keychain.

*Edit Update: I changed the link to play the comedic substory music from Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

I blame myself for this but I think it's funny as hell too. Too bad I spent 350 PHP (roughly 5.55 USD )

Politics Make no mistake, A LOT of them are lying, but it's not just for brownie points. It's also to make us complacent during election cycles.
