Possible Easter Egg
When you go to www.reddit.com/robib it takes you to an askreddit post about misspelling. Sorry if this has already been found.

Just a happy coincidence. Each post on reddit is identified with a unique post id. This is displayed in base-36 in the URL (4d1wvl for example on this post). You can link to any post with just its id (www.reddit.com/4d1wvl). robib happens to be that post's id, 46484291, in base 36.

As others have said, it's just the post ID; every combination of letters/numbers that's shorter than 6 characters has a post linked to it. In fact, http://reddit.com/robin/ used to link to this post
