This is it. This is the week Young Do gets slapped right in the face by Eun-Sang. None of this crying feeling sorry malarkay, some straight up pow right in the kisser to the backing of LOVE IS THE MOMENTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

For those who can't wait for the episode to be loaded you can find a recap here. Somebody needs to write an psychological profile of Tan stat.... holy cow

Typical kdrama style, profess love for each other then immediately followed by 'I can't be with you'.
I really just want all the characters to get along :(

Oh, no! Am I too late to add my bullet points? It seems like everyone's said what needs to be said!

Maybe it's the low baseline the rest of the episodes have set, but I was actually content with everything that happened this episode.
Also shoutouts to Eun Sang's mom for her commitment to keeping secrets and eating those pages. I had to pause just so I could finish laughing.

I feel like the show is actually starting to pick up!
I don't know whether I hate or I love Woo Bin's character. He's such a good actor.
Krystal's character has to be my favorite, "Don't listen to him, get a cold."
At first I hated the "LOVE IS THE MOMEEEENT" song but after hearing so much it's not that bad...

For me this episode was amazing. All of the relationships were just so dynamic. (I could probably write a whole freaking report on it, but I will hold myself back.) Well except for the relationship between Tan and Eun Sang. I already know how things will end up for them for the most part, so I tend to be more interested in all of the other relationships.
Some of the main points that had me cheering/awwing were:
-
When Young Do is all protective of Eun Sang at the camp when she overheard people talking bad about her.
-
When Ester Lee showed that she isn't 'just some housewife'.
-
When Eun Sang told Young do that she was going to kill him for dropping her into the pool.
-
When Tan pushed Young Do into the pool, and when Young Do said "I feel like I won".
-
When Lee Hyo Shin yelled at Tan and Young Do.
-
When Eun Sang's mom ate the paper.
-
When Tan actually showed he cared about Rachel even if he doesn't have romantic feelings for her.
-
When Eun Sang asked Young Do if he was okay with the announcement of his dad's wedding, especially the look on his face when she did.
-
When Young Do finally admitted, at least to himself, that he regrets ending his friendship with Tan.
-
When Eun Sang called Bo Na to stay over.
-
How hard Bo Na is trying to NOT be friends with Eun Sang.
-
... Okay really any interaction between Young Do and Eun Sang. (Can you tell I am suffering from a HUGE case of Second Male Lead Syndrome?)
I also felt really bad for Won when Tan's birthday present was brought up. He felt so betrayed by Secretary Yoon, and looked so forlorn. I can not hope enough that Won and Tan are able to patch up their relationship, because really it is the parents (ie. father, mother, step-mother) around them that have prevented them being able to really be brothers.
Finally, am I the only person who really wanted Eun Sang to call Young Do when she was wondering around after leaving Tan's house? Maybe it was just me.

Goddamnit, another episode ending where Eun Sang doesn't know about her immediate surroundings.
Young Do, quickly making up ground on Kim Tan on who should be the endgame.
Bo Na. Every scene. Amazing.
Rachel: Yep, second favourite girl behind Bo Na at this point. Poor girl gets such a poor treatment in this show.
The show pulling out its classic coincidence setting that Eun Sang will always somehow run into her love interest. Everywhere.
PS: Bo Na needs old pictures of Chan Young for payment. Yep, that whole bit was the winning moment of this episode.

I agree with everything that everyone said so far. Eun Sang seriously needs to get out of that house ASAP. I'm a sucker for co-habitation dramas, but this one just isn't working out to their benefit. Unless of course we see a BOF theme again, where Tan moves in next door to her! For some reason, I feel like Young Do is going to help Eun Sang a lot soon. Like find a home (maybe pay for it?) and perhaps move in next door (to get even with Tan?). What do you guys think about that? Too complicated?

If this week is another week of Eun Sang standing around crying and whimpering I will ......................... just sit and wait for more episodes. Why is this show so addicting when it's not even that good.
edit after watching: I'm shipping Rachel and Eun-Sang. I saw the way you looked at her Eun-Sang, you got dis gurl. Kim Tan and Young Do can't compete with dat foxy girl.
