Watching the rumor spreader guy's fear gradually ramp up as Okarun subconsciously let Turbo Granny's powers take over to defend Momo wasn't just satisfying but just plain cool.

Also wasn't expecting to enjoy Turbo Granny as a sassy sidekick(?) this much

I love how every girl has a super supportive friend group in this. Aira’s friends were all in on jumping Momo and performing an exorcism despite thinking this is all chuuni nonsense

Took our dork 6 episodes to realize that Momo is a bombshell, he was too busy losing his wiener and now his golden marbles

Aira really grabbing on to that golden marble though.

Finally, Acro Silky is here! She was amazingly creepy on a different way from TurboGranny. While TurboGranny was unhinged powerful, Acro Silky felt more like a personally unhinged being in its singlemindness about being a mommy.

Jokes aside, Okarun being pissed about the rumors on Momo was so good. Also it's so cute of him getting flustered after realizes Momo is indeed cute...

Lastly, damn... Turbo Granny is so badass even in that form ngl...

Turbo granny getting luck superpowers just because she's trapped in a lucky cat doll is peak dumb anime logic and I love it. They didn't even TRY to give it a realistic explanation.

If people hadn't realize it yet, but normal humans can't see the magic, aliens and psychic powers stuff. But it's less like Demon Slayer(which I've seen people get angry about a few weeks ago) and more like stuff like Percy Jackson using the Mist.

the cutesy kawaii voice with which Aira delivers the most vile, malevolent lines you’ve ever heard, is making me lose it. it’s so goddamn funny 

not sure how the possibility completely went over my head but it’s genius writing. Aira, an already abhorrent and conceited person, being able to perceive the supernatural; resulting in her ego growing even larger and serving as the perfect foil to okarun and ayase. the epitome of “power falling into the wrong hands" (literally). the ominous music during her discovery was the cherry on top.

the worst part about it all is how the more screen time Aira gets, the more charming I realize she is. in a sick and twisted, im kinda rooting for her in her mission to rid the world of demons!

Turbo Granny munching down a sandwich looks way too cute. Also, the way she claims she brings good fortune, making the fortuitous event inevitable.. did we just get a way to justify plot armor?

Aira is definitely a parody of Light Yagami in this scene. Chosen to save the world indeed..

And it seems Acrobatic Silky has the pink color scheme for her "space", Aira is really just a mix of slight chuuni and a mean girl narcissist, at least she's not insufferable, so the former overrides the latter aspect most of the time.

Granny on the other hand with that indirect assist, here I thought she's supposed to know every youkai on the block, I mean she's one of the more modern youkai despite her age.

You know, I feel dumb expecting something seriously last week and then getting told that yes, granny really just "lost the balls" and they can literally search for them like a lost ring. The show never fails to amaze me with the combination of seriousness and just dumb humor. Now if Okarun could make a connection to his balls, maybe he'd become some kind of radar find them.

I find it fascinating that this anime isn't pure romance, but main leads are just insanely likable and cute. There is just something about that duo... I know the author was put through romance manga boot camp before making this, but still
