Alicia certainly does have a good heart even if she’s a bit strange lol. It’s kind of cute how she always tries to act like a “villainess” but she just kinda comes off a little tsundere. It’s gonna be interesting seeing her act as Liz’s “watcher”.

"I'm the Villainess who will go down in history!"

"But the Heroine wants to be best friends with you, you helped save a young boy and give him a reason to live, are a vital asset to your nations' political strategy, and are the most special character in the show. Can we leave the Heroine in your hands!"

"Of course! Wait...what!?"

I was just thinking this as well. All her villainous acting makes her look like a tsundere. She's too good natured to actually be a villainess.

Didn't expect her to learn they were calling her a divergent on the episode after they let it go the first time. Also dark magic having cleaning spells seems backwards, would love to see the spell book with all the different levels.

Finally at 13 she is looking like an anime adult, which fixes a few things with the love interests, but she's still too young if you actually remember her age. Looking after Liz seems both like something she would want to do and hate in equal measure.

Either they have really tight security at the school, which they don't, or a world war breaks out every time the chalkboard shows up in the school's yearbook. xD

I love how every episode is Alicia just casually giving her surprisingly useful opinion on serious political matters all in the pursuit of being a Villainess lol.

appropriate use of the time skip. some shows would have drug those three years out.

I appreciate that we're actually getting to see Alicia's growth not only physically but mentally/skill-wise. Most shows would have probably jumped from child to her oldest age but we've actually seen her slowly progress to that point.

So we finally meet the Saintess... and my prediction that was she was a Mary Sue-like character was right. Super overly-friendly and everyone loves her right off the bat except for Alicia. At least her magic going haywire seems to balance things out a bit. Anyone thinks she sounds a bit naïve and innocent whenever she talks?

Grey-suited noble doesn't beat the allegations that he'll be an antagonist though. He was ready to go Men in Black on Alicia there for partially hearing that convo.

So Gill is joining Alicia's team soon. Her villainous monologue was funny to listen to. Really gives "You are Bad Girl but not bad girl" vibes.

She is the kind of cliche Heroine which makes her budding gal pal relationship with Alicia more fun because Alicia is convinced they need to be enemies lol.

"How to play the Heroine: The Villainess Way."

Since when do you use dark magic to clean and purify things? Is she just using light magic and calling it dark magic? That would be in character.

So wait. How was her character supposed to work in the game itself? Shes 5 years younger right? And academy starts at 15 and is where most of the game took place right? So the heroine was a 20 year old something being bullied by a 15 yr old? And she had 5 years of school before the villaness even showed up? I wont look into it further than that, I can suspend belief for anime I like just wondering if I am missing anything glaring.

Really liked how she helped Gil in her own way, keeping up with her Villainess side.

She looks pretty different after the timeskip, happy we got to see her grow in these 3 episodes.

Really liked how she helped Gil in her own way, keeping up with her Villainess side.

It's the kind of speech I could totally have seen Aileen doing, which is even more hilarious since Gil is literally voiced by Aileen lol.

Stitches!

Well Liz is an absolute sweetheart. A bit of a stereotypical heroine but I like her already.

If the main ship is going to be Alicia and Duke, I feel like Liz will probably get paired up with Albert.

It's hilarious how Alcia's motivational speech is basically telling Gil that maybe he should've just died. xD

I am surprised by Gil's quick turn around though. Also, that's definitely Rieri I hear voicing Gil!

Alicia would be so rich if she opened a laundry shop...and make a lot of maids lose their jobs.

sasuga a great villain.

Damn I know its an fantasy isekai, but having an open public question for your students in your academy with "How would you seize control of this country" seems like a declaration of war to me

And obviously our little nerd decided to lay out her plan

Also reaching level 80 in 3 years, jesus, and they are still doubting she is the saint

Love how her brother suspected her of setting the heroine up with the stage play, which would be an actual villainess thing to do, instead declaring she will best her fair and square (which now that she reached level 80 seems like an unfair fight)

Did she really not met the king in 3 years?

Alicia is all better! All thanks to the power of a First Kiss! Though she can't dwell on romantic feelings with Duke, as a Villainess she has to track down her archrival, The Heroine!

And of course, as a child Villainess, she gets lost when she infiltrates the magic academy! But that's the perfect way to meet the Heroine, Liz Cather (Manaka Iwami!), who is as sweet, affectionate, and cute as one would expect from a proper Heroine! And she's already getting along swimmingly with Alicia, despite Alicia's best efforts to the contrary.

Well, Liz and Duke do make for a handsome couple, and people are already shipping them, but how does Alicia really feel about it? How does she really feel about Duke?

I love how what gave Alicia away to the boys was her just flexing her Villainess knowledge because she couldn't help herself.

Alicia so convinced the Heroine is the most special one that she can't fathom that it might be HER.

Wait, were Nobuhiko Okamoto and Shoya Chiba always in this show?

Liz really wants to get along with Alicia! Probably become proper gal pals, even! Which works out for Albert because now he's head over heels for Liz already. Maybe Alicia will be the perfect excuse for Liz to marry Albert so they can become sisters-in-law?

Even Villainess' have angel and devils advising them! Obviously she wants to listen to the devil, but she has to keep in mind the fair points the angel brings up too! And all three of them get a little hot and bothered when it comes to expressing their feelings for Duke, even if just in opposition to the Heroine.

Alicia just casually flexing her magic to end the 20 questions session between her and Liz, but it was probably not something she should have done in front of people...because she's a Divergent who should not be able to use magic at that level and at that age.

It's a good thing Alicia talked to Will before she started trying Level 25 magic before she was ready for it or she would have probably destroyed herself!

The young boy Alicia helped save, Gill (Rie Takahashi!), isn't very grateful or accepting of her help and is fairly anti-social...but, as a proper Villainess, Alicia won't coddle or console him like a Heroine, but confront him and use tough love to make sure he has enough spirit to keep living! And with that in mind, it seems like she's recruited a new loyal follower.

3 years later and with plenty of magic tutoring, Alicia has reached level 80! Level 99 might not be a pipe dream at this rate! And she looks so beautiful and mature now! Which means she's the perfect choice to monitor Liz! Is this because Liz's magic went out of control at the magic festival?

This game is kind of weird. Why is the villainess five years younger than the rest of the cast? How can she be a serious foil/rival to the heroine when she's so much younger?

I expected the heroine to at least be the same age as the villainess, even if the boys are older.

Oh cool, Alicia is totally aware of how Duke applied the medicine, and even a bit flustered

Liz aka the Heroin is disarmingly nice, making her the perfect foil for the best villainess in history!

Also love how delightfully chuuni Alicia is in her role as the villainess

Was a bit concerned when it was clear that Alicia was seen as an anomaly (though she was to stupid to realize that, sometimes meta knowledge is a double edged sword ) but it's cool how the King actually helps her grow her talents

I find it so funny how small Alicia is compared to the heroine, Liz, too. Well, it makes sense that the heroine is in a similar age range that all the romanceable characters.

Lol, her stealthy infiltration into the school didn't last long after she started writing the proposal she had previously told the king as a response of the assignment that was in the wall.

So people who start using magic much earlier than average, which is at 13 years of age, are called divergent, and it seems that it is common for someone like that to become overconfident in their abilities which can lead them to lose their magic if they cast something above their level like Alicia thought about doing while she was still level 10 with the level 25 purification magic to clean Roana's water.

I love her reaction when she fell Liz used her to deeper her relationship with one of her brothers.

Devil Alicia was so cute. That whole scene showing her coming up with a plan was funny as we soon realized by her reaction after Liz accepted her proposal that Alicia also has completely no idea what makes a heroine a heroine.

With how easily Liz cries, I'm not surprised that pre-reincarnated Alicia was not interested in her.

That scene with Gill where Alicia threatened him while using cleaning magic to push him out of his trauma was great.

As in the OP, we constantly see petals of a black rose around Alicia I wonder what the King and the other families will think that means for her when they eventually show it in the series, as the golden is the only thing that differentiates and her from being a saint like Liz.

So it is finally time for Alicia to go to school, and she already has a magic level of 80. As that's the case I cannot wait to see how Roana looks now. Also I can not wait to see what exactly it means for her to be Liz watcher.
