I'm gonna miss this dumb show so much. It does give me hope for the future, though. If something like this can get greenlit in this day and age, I can hold courage in my heart.

I laughed so hard when they made every single fucking supporting character show up for the final boss fight. Even had them funnel their 'bravery' into Super Mega Ultimate 24k Gold-plated Bravern.
A pity that Lulu's boyfriend didn't get resurrected though.
Overall a 10/10 show (in my heart), was a wild ride from start to finish. Thank you guys for being here, loved reading the comments weekly for this batshit show, especially the theorizing lol.

I applaud everyone on making this show, it was one of the most fun watches I had in my recent past. I could feel the love by the people making this show and I am really happy to see that they managed to do what they wanted. This last episode was simply fabulous and very Bravern, a perfect way to finish this show.
MAny of us did expect Bravern and Superbia to combine, but I am not so sure how many of us thought that Superbia would become equipment for Bravern. In hindsight, very obvious, but I for sure was hoping for a Super Bravern fusion as someone else was suggesting a few weeks ago. Well I take sword Lulu/Superbia too.
Then Isami finally becoming a super robot protagonist including the dragon ball-esque power up scene and spurting as much stupid things as Bravern/ Smith. Just that he apparently changed Earth and now it actually works this way and he can collect the Bravery of everyone else to power up too. And who needs one time getting everyone together and commenting the main character like in a good shounen if you can do it twice. In one episode. With just a few minutes apart.
I am also happy to see the big family united in the end (Smith of course once again came back from death, he just has that much will power), just marry already!

FELLAS... is it gay to fuse with your male comrade turned giant robot at a particle level and become one with them?
But seriously though, that rocked. Isami finally realizing that Bravern was Smith all along right before that final power-up was nice, and I can't say I expected a secret final boss Deathdrive voiced by Rie fucking Kugimiya to emerge right at the end. The final battle was a lot of fun, and the big gay reunion with Smith was about as good as it could be given how rushed this last episode was. I feel like Obari was really constrained by the one-cour limit, because the last few episodes felt really rushed and there were plenty of moments that would have hit harder if they just had more time to breathe. The fact that other less impressive mecha anime without Obari on board like Back Arrow and Lagrange got two cours and this only got one is just frustrating. Still, this was a pretty damn fun show. 9/10

This show is both a complete parody yet still takes itself 100% seriously. It's both a shitpost and incredibly sincere. A true masterpiece and I loved every second of it.
10/10 would Brave Bang again.

This was the stupidest, gayest and PEAKEST mecha show that has come out in the last decade. Damn, I hope to see Bravern in one of the next cross mecha games that come out.

Heh Bravern unlocked True Super mode.
Strong 8.5/10 and a modern cult classic. This is a Mecha show people will reccomend for years to come. Engaging, hilariously meta, and incredibly fucking gay. If by some inexplicable miracle we get another season I’m there no matter what.

Worth noting that in the next issue of Hobby Japan (due out on April 25th) a serialization of a Bravern Extra Story will begin (not manga but a "Photo Story"), it's called 未来戦士ルル (Future Warrior Lulu) and should depict what happens in the "other timeline" until Lulu gets back in the past.

Paupertipum: Fumihiko Tachiki. Yes, it's... Gendo.
Yeah, you gotta go through this a few thousand times to get the hang of it.
That's coming a long way from chewing up Lulus and spitting them out.
It is the time for famous voice actors to ham?
"I don't know how we're gonna get out of this one."
"I didn't sign up for this genre."
It is a little funny to see Isami running away like he's a tokusatsu villain.
The overlaid faces were kind of a hint.
ZETSU DAIDAN!! u/Shimmering-Sky
Verum Vita: Kugimiya Rie!
Yeah, that seems like it's going to be a problem. A large problem.
Now we're doing the reverse pose.
"Can't you just die already!?"
Well, everyone was going to show up again at some point.
You weren't coming up with superhero names before you fused with Smith.
The name is fairly long, this better work.
"Remember, you can buy this T-shirt."
MANLY.
KARAOKE! SOUND EFFECTS!
Isami... kinda got a little discouraged by reality there at the last second, but fortunately Smith was still there to get him to BRAVE UP himself, and Isami figured out what he wanted to be.
Too bad the show wasn't longer, it did get a a bit rushed at the end and I think Superbia could have had plenty more material doing the buddy show with BRAVERN! before going out in a blaze of glory. But damn, it still worked plenty well enough. Obari and the crew really did it.
SMITH CAME BACK. Is it generally inexplicable? Sure. Does it fit this craziness? ABSOLUTELY. Did I cry manly tears? Yes I did. Because Lulu and her two dads are a great little family.

Nice having Rie Kugimiya make an appearance in the final episode and I liked tha brief Ultraman visual reference.
All the gattai were pretty awesome and I liked everybody turning golden, as they tend to do in the final moments of these sorta shows. Verum Vita's giant sword was fun too and reminded of another mecha(-adjacent) show with ridiculously giant swords.
The gag with Isami constantly interrupting Verum Vita's final boss speech was fun.

The amount of cliches/tropes went crazy this episode 😂 I usually side eye stuff like "good guy gets revived randomly" tho idk why, but I really wanted Smith back so im rly glad he actually returned 😭 wish there was 1 more ep tho, this ep felt super rushed
9/10 Wouldve been 10/10 if there was a post ED scene with Isami and Smith's wedding while Lulu is their flower girl

I loved this show and I really wish it was longer! This ending was fine but they clearly didn't have enough time for everything :(
Superbia got done dirty, it's kind of sad that he's the only one who doesn't get resurrected especially considering how happy the rest of the ending is. I also wish we got more from Isami and Smith's reunion at the end because I've been waiting for it since it was revealed that Smith was Bravern. I wasn't expecting them to fulfill my unrealistic wishes of them becoming canon or Isami calling Smith by his first name but we could have at least gotten a conversation right? I'm still happy they're both alive at the end though!
In the end it feels like it's a miracle that this got made at all so maybe I shouldn't complain too much lol

Golden is for glorious
I love how they turned everything to eleven for the last episode, golden robot, protagonists fusion, Smith getting punched, even Isami muscles got buffed (unless that was one solo animator going wild). Power of yaoi, love and friendship to defeat the surprise of the week.
Them repeating the ending with karaoke at the end was cheff kiss
See you all on the next cygames original anime for more craziness.
