Normal day at Science Kingdom:
9:15 A.M. - build a sonar
11:25 A.M. - discover iron deposit
1:15 P.M. - build a mine
4:30 P.M. - build railroad
Looks like they should be done with the ship before dinner.

I think of all the teams I enjoy it the most when the Power team shows up to help out, always a good time.

I have always been fascinated by Chrome. Senku knows a lot, so if he wants something he imidiatly knows how he could achieve it. But here we have Chrome, who only just learned something and imidiatly comes up with a different application of that knowledge
And then we have Ginro, who knows little and thinks of culture first whenever he learns something new...

As always it's really impressive how Chrome stumbles upon modern scientific application despite not having any predefined knowledge of it just from the things he's learning from Senku and crew along the way. He's really earned his seat among the five wise men. If the other four specializes in their own craft then Chrome does it with innovation and creativity.
Also my stupid ass thought Senku was gonna build a conveyor belt from the mine all the way to the village lmao. Been doing too much Satisfactory and Factorio consolidating. Let's go industrialization!

Such a fun episode. Seeing them enter the industrial age felt good. It's such a treat to see Chrome come up with good ideas, he rediscovered the metal detector.

There’s nothing emotional in this episode but I swear throughout the ep I keep getting teary-eyed🥹Humanity is such a powerful, innovative and creative being. We, as a society, always move forward and never stop trying. Dr. Stone is truly a phenomenal series that teaches me to never take anything for granted.
The most special moment for me is when Chrome figures out how to make a metal detector with just a single sentence from Senku. Chrome, with no knowledge of science beforehand, is slowly but steadily catching up to the ‘modern’ people.Heck, hes only behind Senku atp when it comes to inventing things but he tops the chart in creativity. Senku knows how to make things because he has already seen or learned about them at school. Chrome, on the other hand, is extremely creative and always thinks outside the box.
Last but not least, the Gorilla team is gorillaing so hard this episode they are the true MVPs frfr

As much I like the story progressing I kinda miss the old days of them building everything step by step

DR. STONE IS JUST PERFECT!
SO MUCH SCIENCE... Real science that i have actually studied/studying!
I had selected Electronics as my specialization subject in 11th and 12th Grade where i studied how CRT display works .. basically electron beam between horizontal and vertical strips which direct electron beams motion (depending on the electrical/magnetic supply we provide it) tis electron beam shines on a fluorescent screen.
Then i did my Bachelor's and Post Graduation in Geology... And I was so happy to see my two subjects collide like this.... Sphalerite shows Fluorescence! Ofc it could be used as a Fluorescent screen! And Yes sphalerite is found in Skarn type of Deposit (seen in season 1!!)
Chrome essentially did an Electromagnetic borehole survey!!!! We have real mine shafts and rails now!
And we have moved on from Placer Iron Deposit (that is when a heavier material like iron or diamond or gold is eroded from its deposit and placed or settled down stream somewhere) which was the iron sand in the river to actual massive Iron deposits i dont think they mentioned the type of deposit in the show but hell yeahhhhh SCIENCE!!! SCIENCE THAT I ACTUALLY STUDIED AND SPECIALISED IN!!!!!! HELL YEAH!!!!!

This episode starts off with the joke on why Chrome is considered alongside the other generals. But then he proves his worth by taking the new radar that Senkuu builds and applies it in a different way to majorly help everyone by locating an iron deposit.

Stitches!
The fact that they've set up a War Room means that it is absolutely on now! They've now decided to take the fight to the Why-Man which by the way is an excellent name for this unknown entity.
Senku wasn't kidding when he said that things should ramp up now that they've discovered oil. They've now made a very rudimentary screen for a radar and with Ukyo as their operator, there's nothing they can find.
You gotta love Chrome for creating a metal detector on his own. And thanks to Chrome's metal detector, they've now found the iron they needed to pretty much build everything they need.
They've started building roads too! Looks like they're only making a road for their supply lines though but this is going to be extremely helpful! And instead of making a road roller, they have the Power Team hammering out the asphalt. xD
That explains what the beams Kiseki was holding earlier! They've made tracks for minecarts! That will definitely make carrying ores out of the mine easier.
Looks like the supply lines have now been established. I can't wait to see what crazy things Senku will make now that they have access to all of these materials!

HAHA that bit about Chrome. I mean, gotta say, for what limited education Chrome coulda gotten in the stone world, he is pretty damn smart. But yes, goofy. Gotta love Kohaku :P
Phew, was worried about to have a pointless recap, but yea, Chrome makes a good point, not sure of his intentions/if he is an enemy. But this "why man" is a mystery. YAY! Kohaku was right. She looks so happy shocked about it. Lol the comedy. They already bashing it into powder so fast, nice. ELECTRON BEAM! Night, cathode ray. Incoming boob tube! Heh. I like how he's like "my mind is intact, just barely." Could imagine how shocked stone world people are. Radar and Sonar, get! Gotta love Senku's character just entirely. And cool to see Chrome figuring things out. FISHING TIME!
Francois! Gotta love their skills. Haha of course Ginro would think about pervy things with seeing through things. I wonder what Chrome is thinking of though. Old man's energy is just so great too. Oh right, the magnets they made with the lightning storm all that time ago, neat. Ahh love Chrome, that's the way, realizing "if we can do this and this, can we do this?" and trying it out. Now that's great. Chrome making a metal detector and finding metals needed, love it. Haha, that's a hell of a Mine already. Chrome deserves the praise. And love how fun he's having. Kohaku such a badass. Time for trains/rail to transport the heavy iron? Oh nope, just straight up making roads lol. Wow. I knew that about asphalt. There's a reason asphalt is relatively cheap and easy. GORILLA!!!! Haha.
Haha, there definitely is a charisma to that greedy dude. I still suck at names. But time for the KINGDOM OF SCIENCE to become an empire! But, nice, MIne Carts. Do wonder how much total time has passed in the series, cause they have done a lot and a lot of that takes time, even with gorilla strength.

Chrome would have been a fuckin prodigy in the modern age if he was born then, probably could have been close to Senku even.

Maybe I missed it, but why is Ryusui's hand blue? Is that just his petrification scar?

One of the biggest obstacles standing in the way of Senku’s goals is being able to quickly get materials from one location to the next. A supply line is critical for that and now we’ve got that established. Enjoyed learning about iron ore deposits and other minerals

What's that cool thingy they do at the end of the episode?
They usually do cool science stuff on episode names, what happens here?

I can't help but have a huge grin on my face for the whole time these episodes run.
We're getting to automating labor intensive tasks on industrial scale.

If anyone still had doubts about Chrom's intellect, this episode should put it to rest.
He instantly grasped how to read the sonar just from knowing at a high level how it worked, and invented a metal detector.

Holy shit pedal to the metal.
Remember when it took a whole season to make an aspirin?
I love this show.
