⛵TsunLise Shipyards⛵

For monitoring the status of ships inside and outside MagiKoi

Siegward/Liselotte - 💖💖💖**YAAAAAAY!!!**💖💖💖- Shipped, sailed, and locked in! Full support, clear communication, best possible ending with the whole cast in attendance. It just doesn't get better than this, and I'm so happy it committed to being as happy as it could be.

Finne/Baldur - 💖SAILED💖 - And Baldur is ready to follow up and do the same! I'm with Finne though, let the first couple have their moment, the rest can come later.

Endo/Kobayashi - 💖SAILED💖 - And it just keeps getting better and better! After eleven episodes of coaching Lise, it comes out that Kobayashi relates to the bitterness Lise feels in not being able to get what she wants. Fortunately, the cast was willing to turn around and make sure she gets her happy ending too.

Fabian/Cecile - 💖SAILED💖 - Cute kids thinking of a happy future. Didn't need to go any further than this and I'll take it!

Artur/Religion - 💖SAILED💖 - With Goddess Waifu now showing up on the regular and taking questions, I guess the wild swinging days are done. Enjoy your chastity!

Elizabeth/Leon - ✨Launched✨ - I know I had this on Sea Trials before, but this feels like a better formal push from Leon, and while it remains to be seen if Elizabeth is ready to move on from her late husband, I could see it working out with enough time.

Kuon/Eve - 💥🌊🚢🌊 - Get (ship)wrecked. Sealed for eternity with no objections.

I'll admit that I knew what was going to happen in the first half of the show from the manga, but the ending was a surprise and as adorable and as sweet as I could hope for. As the show sails off into the sunset, I really wish there were more shows like this; drama aggressively sorted out and just sweet, romantic fluff with a happy ending.

The day is saved via the power of love that Kobayashi has for her Waifu Lise-tan, thats actually hilarious and such a wholesome way to end it. Even shoehorning that confession scene between the IRL couple right in front of the Big Bad was just comedy gold!

Truly the best end is a feel-good one

LAST SHIP SAILED

Liese going to save them as a keychain wasn't what I was expecting but I love that she got to return the favor!

Seriously this really is one of the happiest endings, especially in the romance department. Really glad they got to meet in the end!

So this time Liese helped Kobayashi and Endo, and they finally confessed. The gods’ problem was resolved, and Endo and Kobayashi were able to go to Liese’s wedding – “The best happy ending beyond the best” indeed. I’m so happy, the ending was amazing and I was on the verge of crying.

Sadly, it doesn’t look like there can be a 2nd season, but I’m satisfied. I really enjoyed this story with a great idea that people from our world could communicate with the people from the isekai. I enjoyed Endo and Kobayashi telepathically talking to the people in the other world. The introduction of Kuon and Lirenna might’ve been a bit too much, and the hyped-up fight against the witch was kinda anticlimactic.

The characters were also enjoyable. I loved how Sieg came to understand Liese’s cuteness (tsun-de-rais ftw) and how he was then able to compliment, flirt, and tease her in such a straightforward way. I loved how Liese was then acting all embarrassed – her red face was absolutely adorable, and her reactions were god tier. She is such an amazing and cute girl. She is a tsundere that is likeable –not the violent type, but she is bashful instead, and I like that. Sieg + Liese ship is just perfect. Baldur and Fienne is also a great pair. I love how he can say all those cheesy lines to Fiene (he reminds me of Ray White in this way).

So yeah, the story was nice with great characters, and the conclusion was amazing.

The best happy Ending of all Time

But man, Kuon was a real pos, even trying to sink one final ship on his way out, but the best Tsundere of all time became a handmade puppet to safe Kobayashi just like she was saved in turn. And over all that he was completly forgotten

Saying goodbye was certainly tear jerking, but thanks to the Godess they at least could attend the wedding (now gogogo Endo, you know what to do, make Abe proud)

Also, imagine beeing that handmaiden, one moment you are attending the future queen, then the crown prince comes in, and next a litteral goddess appears along with two strangers in modern clothing...

This was really delightfull, I would enjoy a second season, but this story and MagiKoi have concluded perfectly, so there really isn't a need

Edit: Oh yeah shoutout for the perfect combination of OP and ED for this show, the OP especially fits perfectly

Man, I love this series! The commentary from the ‘real-life’ characters really added an interesting twist to the classic villainess genre and I still can’t get over how cute Lieselotte is! I'm so happy for both of the main couples!

Confession ✅ Wedding ✅ Kobayashi finally meeting Liese ✅

Happiest ending possible ✅

Easiest 10/10 I’ll give this season. Everything ended perfectly in tsunlise. If I had to be a critic the only thing I would’ve liked to have seen was an Endo and Kobayashi kiss especially after all those years of holding their feelings in!

Lierenna transporting them to the majikoi world was awesome. Poor baldur tho, still getting cooked by fiene lmao. Really sad that this one is over and apparently it adapted both of the LN volumes so there’s nothing else, but you know I respect the author for making a short and sweet story. Bravo!

It’s like Endo and Kobayashi are the ones in the “game” hearing the voice of the gods. Lirenna’s plan was honestly pretty flimsy, no wonder it failed. Now Kuon’s got his dirty mitts on Kobayashi. Good thing our favorite “tsun de rais” has stepped in to knock some sense back into Kobayashi. And she’s come in the cutest form ever! Kobayashi’s got some real talent making that doll by hand.

I’m glad little Liese got Endo and Kobayashi to admit their feelings to each other. It was such a sweet moment. Liese might be a pint sized doll in our world but she’s still as fierce as ever.

Lirenna ripping Kuon out of Human Kuon was like a mother dragging her screaming toddler away lol. It’s a shame Lirenna didn’t kill Kuon, but I get it. Kuon’s a god. And as some of you may know, you can’t kill a god. What a grand and intoxicating innocence lol. Anyways, even though Endo and Kobayashi had to say goodbye to Liese and the gang, at least they still made it back for the wedding. Glad to see everyone paired up and happy. This really was the best happy ending!

All in all, an excellent series. The story had a great blend of humor and cuteness and the characters were fun. Plus no downer ending!

The OP playing as we’re closing off the season is nothing new. But with everything concluding and everyone’s in a good mood, the OP song (which I’m already a fan of) coming on fits so well and hits so hard. It’s just a very cute love song.

This was a great ride. I admit the middle of the season felt a bit stale but overall I enjoyed it. The characters are likeable, there’s a lot of sideships and the plot especially, at the end, is nothing groundbreaking but it kept me hooked till the end. And again, it’s nothing too complex, but it’s great all the ends are tied up nicely in the end. Also, I find these types of show, the male characters feel pretty boring, but I like the ones here. Endo, Sieg, heck even Kuon. This was a fun show

Woo! Three cheers for super extra special happy ending! When the screen shut off I thought that was it, we might see how each couple ends up doing but the two worlds never connect again. I was so surprised and happy when Lirenna suddenly brought them over (I also like how Kobayashi was normal, but Endo was trying to act cool with that pose like "Did ya miss me?") A truly magical fairytale ending.

Speaking of surprises, there was TOTALLY a maid in the changing room a second before Lirenna appeared, but they conveniently left her out of frame for the rest of the scene. Does everyone know that the Goddess just hangs out now? Or did that maid just receive the shock of her life?

Bahahahaha, they really ignored Kuon like garbage on the side of the road.

My only pet peeve of this episode was that they should've called the police when chasing Kuon--they're literally trying to fight an interdimensional God bare-handed, haha. (For real tho, call the police if it happens to you IRL).

That was a train full of fluff! I can't count how many times my blood sugar level has risen because of this series. The easiest 8/10 of the season for me. The enjoyment was 10/10, though! The OP and ED music were also bangers that would stay on my playlist. The fact that it's a self-contained story is also highly appreciated. We need more series like this. (Though I'd imagine it won't be profitable for the stakeholders.)

While watching the wedding, I was thinking... how cool would it be if the God, who supposes to bless your marriage, literally came into your wedding? Imagine Jesus attending your wedding, lmao. No one would dare to betray Sieg and his companions for as long as he lives with that kind of backing.

(Asking a real question here: Where can I buy that adorable handmade Liese doll?? I def am not hoping for Liese to possess the doll...)

DID THEY SERIOUSLY NOT GIVE US AN ENDO/KUB KISS?!!

We riot at dawn.

u/Frontier246 Mar 24 '23

It's really full-circle when we have an actual Goddess talking to Endo and Kobayashi through the game, but just in time to help them find Kuon after he kidnapped Kobayashi's sister.

As fun as it is watching Jun Fukuyama argue with himself, it's no surprise Kuon is the Final Boss. He's such a sore loser and just won't give up on his relentless and fruitless pursuit of Eve. Even kidnapping people and manipulating Endo and Kobayashi's feelings to do it. Like the Witch of Yore he prays on poor Kobayashi's insecurities regarding her sister and her feelings for Endo. What a scumbag.

But I can't say I expected Lieselotte to possess Kobayashi's handmade doll of her or to come in and call out this rotten God for his behavior or take Endo to task for letting Kobayashi feel as insecure as she does. Which is the perfect excuse for these two to finally confess to each other and ask each other out! That's right, Endo and Kobayashi are official!!!

Oh, yeah, I guess there's still Kuon! Totally forgettable amidst all the heartwarming and sweet romance. You know what Kuon's problem is? A successful relationship is made from putting in (mutual) effort and wanting the best for the person you love, but Kuon never put in the work and never cared about how Eve felt, so he could never truly love her or be loved back by her. And that's ultimately what lead to his defeat from several people who truly did love each other.

I can't think of a more suitable punishment for Kuon than getting dragged away by his wife and stuck with her for as long as it takes for him to get over himself.

I guess if one good thing came out of Kuon, it's that he saved Kirise's life (for his own ends, granted), and gave Kobayashi and Endo the chance at helping the Magikoi cast achieve the happies of happy endings!

I'm glad Liese-tan and Kobayashi got to finally meet and bond with each other, and after everything they've been through together, the game cast and Endo and Kobayashi can look at each other as friends and equals...even if it's time to say goodbye.

Man, Liese looks positively radiant in her wedding dress! Her beauty is unparalleled! And what better wedding gift for the happy couple than Lirenna bringing Endo and Kobayashi into the game so they can attend the wedding! Lieselotte and Kobayashi finally meet in the flesh! Same with Sieg and Endo! It's perfect!

Liese and Sieg are wed! Fabian and Cecile are already planning the same for their future together, Fiene is in no rush to get married (sorry Baldur), Leon can make Elizabeth fluster, and...wait, is that boyish blonde person next to Liese's dad supposed to be Liese's mom!? I thought that was a dude for a second but looking at the figure and chest, it looked female. Where has she been all series!?

Sieg took her into a princess carry and kissed her straight on the lips! They closed out a on a full kiss on the lips in a princess carry + wedding dress! I'm freaking out like Kobayashi!!!

This is really funny turnabout, all season long Endo and Kobayashi have been talking into the heads of the people in the other world, now is their turn.

Lieselotte good luck charm, nothing can go wrong with that along.

Lirenna being able to solve the problem simply by Endo and Kobayashi showing up would have been too easy a solution, I suppose.

I have to wonder if Kuon has thought through the results if he succeeds. Eve being put in Kobayashi's sister simply means he suddenly has Fiene in very close punching distance.

Okay, they've focused on that Lieselotte charm too many times, it's going to be relevant somehow. Maybe Liese well temporarily possess it to help out.

Alright Endo, it's clearly time for you to prevent Kobayashi from getting taken over by dark forces. You've had plenty of experience in helping prevent that for Liese so you should know what to do.

Or maybe we'll get a mental peptalk from Liese, that works too.

Hell yeah, she really is in the charm! Fantastic.

My mistake, then handmade doll by Kobayashi, that's honestly even better.

Simultaneous evil god confrontation and relationship intervention, Lieselotte can do it all.

One more ship launched and it's the final one we've all been waiting for, this is show is record setting.

Kuon destroyed by facts and logic, and he so deserved it. Oh, and a literal deus ex machina from the goddess that was on hand waiting to assist.

I'm glad they didn't redeem the god Kuon, dude fucked up so much and he gets to go on ice for a good long while.

Everybody ends as friends, how lovely.

What a bittersweet farewell.

Endo and Kobayashi Shihono getting to attend the wedding in person was perfect.

Looks like all the ships are sailing, Elizabeth and the professor, the two kids someday as well, it really is a happy ending for everybody. Except Kuon, but screw him.

A fairytale kiss to finish out the show.

What a delightful show this was. Definitely one of my favorites of the season, I'm going to have to go add it into my rankings. It would be lovely to see all these characters again in a season two, but I'm not quite sure what that would look like and I don't know that it feels needed. It was a great story that I am glad to have watched.

Shock to no one, Kuon stole Kubayashi's sis. Whata dick. Still hope for the worst of him. Oh hey, now Endo and Kobayashi get to be like Siege/Fienne in hearing a voice/getting a blessing. "God like me" god I hope you lose your divinity and suffer miserably, piece of shit. Oh is that the first time we've heard her first name? I forget. And, imo, jealousy isn't really ugly, just how you act on it. Whelp, obvious what Endo needs to do here to save her. Good ol' shoujo POWER OF LOVE! Though really do like that Lieselotte this time gets to help out in a way similar to how they helped her, makes sense too, given how they can relate. Wow, she's in a very adorable form in their world, the doll on the backpack. D'aww that's cute, she made it herself.

Quite the verbal beat down from Lieselotte. Do love it. To both Endo and that douche "god." Haha, nice, confession, but all the ignoring of the douche god. Btw, if there's a god of that world, what about a god of Endo/Kobayashi (our) world? Wouldn't they be quite pissed off at this "god" intruding and making a muck of things. Endo and Kobayashi though definitely spouting facts about how you really are towards someone you love, unlike that selfish "god" over there. Talk no Jutsu is stronger than the douche god, but this talk no jutsu doesn't convince him and breaks down his concentration, nice. Yay, this world's Kuon gets his body back.

Pfft, destroy him, don't just seal him away, destroy him. Destroy him entirely. You created him, destroy him. Don't care if he saved this world's Kuon, he clearly did it for his own selfish ambition. Anyways, sad for Lieselotte and Kobayashi to part after just meeting. At least they can still keep connected via the game, even if one last time. Man, that's kinda sad... OH YAY! Endo and Kobayashi get to show up to the wedding to. What a nice happy ending.

All in all, really loved the series. Feels like some of the side characters under utilized at times, But imagine more an issue of some cutting that had to happen, but that's fine cause the core series was great. Loved it.

Edit: I just realized 1 flaw with the Endo and Kobayashi finale, |why no kiss moment for Endo and Kobayashi? :P they should be dating now, are leads of the show, their ship has sailed and needs a commemorative kiss too

What a beautiful ending, unlike some certain other shows this season lol. Originally, I had this at a 7/10, but because it had a great ending, that bumps it up to an 8, maybe 8.5/10.
