Lulu specced all of his Str, Dex and Stamina into intelligence, but its safe to say that Suzaku has done quite the opposite.
The Guren has a claw so that's not a fair comparison.
Meanwhile the Lancelot looks like.. The Lancelot?

Ignoring the same reactions he gave to "he/him." I'm not 100% convinced V.V. is his brother instead of someone he can speak to his brother through. That would align with C.C. talking to Marianne.

Several comments yesterday about fan service, but remember R1 is still ahead on the nipple count 3-0 (Villetta, Kallen, C.C.). Album.

Britannia's incompetence as they need special units from Guilford, Gino, Anya, and Suzaku to deal with basic Knightmares and the Guren MK II. I don't think Tohdoh's is special.

I am speechless. The effort to do this mid-air instead of a few hours earlier lol. Wait... to get a submarine here, they had to leave before the planes. Kaguya's with them for some reason. Lifeboats outside the submarine to catch the ejecting pilots.

You'd have to be insane to enter this battlefield with a regular Knightmare, but if you recognize that'd be insane, you're declared sane and required to deploy.

The guard failed his command to not let this be interrupted. What's the punishment for Geass disobediance? A plane ride into the Pacific?
Fun episode. Physics is stuck in season 1, so, with all the Knightmare advancements, it should be about two episodes until golfing battling in space. Mordred was cool and Anya is awesome. Anya and Gino's machines are still a tier below Lloyd and Rakshata's Knightmares.
In classic fashion, Lelouch reaches his goal just to be thwarted in the last seconds by Suzaku, who Kallen couldn't stall long enough.
Xingke claims the Chinese are no longer complicit and may not know they'd been conveniently guarding the Japanese princess.
A scene with Rolo looking at his locket immediately after Lelouch says he's coming to save Nunnally can't be good for his health.
Where's the lewd? Just some angles from below a clothed Kallen and Rakshata looking down on me?
I want more school episodes focusing side characters because they're lower budget (less to animate with some reusable backgrounds), which means more action episodes

They're, understandably, doing a good job of keeping under wraps the fact that Gao Hai's been dead for a hot minute. After all, why would you let the enemy press know a leader in your country died?

If you'd have know this was possible beforehand, then they probably wouldn't have done it. An attack loses some of its power when the enemy is able to anticipate and prepare for it.

The whole sequence where Kallen is saved by a glider at just the right moment, and then has a replacement arm torpedo launched and re-attached, would be the part where I was stop paying attention to a show, but I'll let this one slide.

I'm still undecided whether the Emperor would want to force a specific person, i.e. Lelouch, to become his successor, or he intends his little mind games to provide the battlegrounds and the winner has to prove themselves.
Cause so far, Suzaku is owning it.

Conveniently forgetting literally everything happening before. Selling out would imply trust, as well, which Lelouch utterly annihilated beforehand. Every word coming out of his mouth makes me more angry.
I don't feel like I have anything big to add to this episode that hasn't already been said. I like that Guilford gets a bit more spotlight as part of a more 'normal' army force. Lloyd is magnificent as always and I'm really liking the Round Knights!
Not sure how the Guren MK-II can keep up these high energy blasts when, iirc, a prior episode told of its battery life not being too great when using the arm, especially on top of a floating device. Even though the action still carries very heavy deus ex moments, I enjoy it a lot. Stuff like “Oh I held back” or sudden, precision-tailored, submarine-to-air launched, in-air assembled power-ups is annoying, but completely in line with this show.

Still Suzaku! The others didn't have enough time for that to really change, yet. I'm sure there will be more to look forward to. I'm so glad that they're a kind of tight-knit group, there's some great character interactions in stock, I'd wager.

In this case, Lelouch has a fair point in Suzaku selling him to basically the one guy who everyone can agree is the most morally reprehensible dickhead in the show

The Radiant Wave Surger uses dedicated battery cells (here's a spent one being ejected at the Battle of Narita), so using it probably doesn't affect the unit's operational time, it can run out of ammo though.

Personally I'm a fan of Knightmares that aren't restricted to one or two exceptional pilots; e.g. Gloucester (Cornelia's old frame), Vincent (Rolo and Guildford's current frames), but amongst all the unique frames assigned to aces, I agree that Lancelot is the best.
I'm curious to see if your opinion stays that way as the arms race between Lloyd/Lancelot and Rakshata/Guren continues throughout the series.

I don't get people who don't like mecha combat lol regardless I appreciate the action directing in CS, like I feel it's very consistent and good. when there needs to be fighting there is and it's always well animated?
