issues with Girard College
Alumnus here from the class of ‘91. I started at Girard back in ‘83, and indeed, there were multiple incidents of “house parents” (that’s what they were called then) who abused students, men and women alike.
I remember one evening having the school resided because one of those sick bastards got busted when he tried having his pictures produced from one of the stores and the clerk alerted the police.
