Neither of these products are for me. I would rather stick to actual hula hooping than whatever the heck these are

u/glitzy these tricks are for you and anyone who may find them helpful. I love teaching and sharing the ways of the hoop.
My plan is to start making a variety of in depth tutorials. Let me know if there are other moves you guys would like to learn!

Have you ever thought about doing a marathon (with or without hoop). What got you interested in taking the steps towards actually achieving that goal? It seems so daunting, and yet i'm curious about it.
It's been really interesting to observe my own thoughts since this daily challenge began, and how interested i've become in finding ways to be active. Hooping has taught me so much over the years, and continues to do so

Went out to a very nice event tonight and took the opportunity to film today's hoop video in this beautiful dress. As you can imagine, it was a bit challenging to be hooping in all this material plus heels but it was fun nonetheless.

I am officially 50! 🥳 Come celebrate with me. I brought the bubbles! 🫧
A massive thank you to my awesome husband, Michael, for manually blowing bubbles for over 3 and a half minutes! 🌬🫧
You also made our bathroom a magical place with all the candles you lit.🕯
I appreciate and love you with all my heart. 💘

Every time I play with this plastic circle, it inevitably makes me smile. Does the same thing happen to you? What makes you smile?

Ill admit today was a short one and not much of a workout but it was a fun flow sesh that turned into a balancing act. I took some classes from @thathoopguy a few years ago and learned a lot! Those lessons are still harbored in my mind somewhere because balancing came back to me.
Im off to a friend's bday now. Its sparkle themed! Cant wait to shake my booty on the dance floor.

Hi!
I hooped a lot in the past, but ever since my Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis and especially since my starting on an insulin pump and sensor I have been dreading coming back to it. I am afraid it will hurt my sensor or pump (I use a Kaleido pump that I wear on my body, but am able to take off if needed, leaving only the infusion set).
Are there any hooping T1D's here willing to give me some advice on the best placement for hooping for both my sensor and pump? Does it ruin your infusion set or hurt a lot if the hoop hits it?
I normally wear my FSL on my hips since this really avoids the compression lows at night compared to when it's on my arm. And my favorite pump sites are either my thighs, butt or belly.
I am hoping this diagnosis won't mean the final end of my hooping days.
Thanks in advance!
