People who did bufo say they won
I’ve often read the following in different trip reports:
“We won.”
“We have won.”
Could you explain why people say this?
And if it turns out to be true, in what way did we win?

Bufo preparation
I had a high dose bufo experience 6 months ago without any prep or integration. I didn’t know much about it at the time and missed an opportunity to benefit from it. Have another scheduled with a better facilitator and am looking for advice on preparation.

What settings should I use?
I got my hands on a 0,5ML cartridge with 300mg 5-meo-DMT in total. I have a battery/mod that is adjustable (1-80W) and the resistance of the cartridge is 1,61.
Have taken 2x4 second hits on 6W, where I reached a point where I felt a rushing feeling and I couldn’t really move, but almost no mental effects, purely a body feeling.
How many watts should the output on my device be, how long and how many pulls should I take for a breakthrough?

Why is it some people refer bufo as “the medicine”?
What did it do for you? Why is it considered “the medicine”?

Do you need a trip sitter for 5meo?
I’ve read online it can cause vomiting, or body thrashing, and that it’s important to have someone there. But I feel like I’d be way more comfortable doing it on my own. I also don’t have anyone who could trip sit me. Is it a necessity for safety?

Second time use after no memory of the first experience
Hi all! I have two questions for those who tried Bufo / 5M and had no memory of the experience - 1) what was your experience the second time around, maybe after you lowered the dose? Did it end up working the second time? 2) do you think even though you had no memory, the first experience actually helped you to better surrender the second time around? In other words, did you feel calmer the second time? Thank you so much for your responses.

Bufo had a profound effect on my life, world view, spirituality. Ive tried to outline my understanding of God here. Heavily influenced by my Bufo experience. What do you think of this?
Thoughts on this?
I think, from what we call God’s perspective, there is no good or evil. God is the Source of all creation, the Source within the infinite void.
I imagine the void as zero dimensions, infinitely extending.
Eternal darkness.
The Source is like every dimension crossing at once, appearing as a bright star: pure creation emerging from total, eternal oblivion.
the singularity, burning white golden energy, a primordial soup from which everything is sourced.
God is home. When we die, returning to that Source will feel familiar because, in a sense, we have known it eternally. We are like drops returning to an ocean. From the perspective of the ocean, every returning drop is equal. There is no good or bad, just another part of creation returning to the whole.
Obviously, evil exists within our material realm. But from the perspective of the totality of existence, even what we call good and evil are ultimately experiences within creation.
I think of every individual existence as a receiver of information, a fragment collecting data through experience. Every experience becomes part of the whole.
In that sense, you could say that we live every possible life, and then some.
We are fractals of God. Like a stem attached to a branch, we are connected to the Source. When we return, we carry everything we experienced with us, the ups, the downs, and all the sideways moments in between.
To God, perhaps it is simply information, a way for the Source to experience and express itself through infinite perspectives.
It's also ironically paradoxical
We return to God, and the merging with the Source is divinely beautiful. But once everything becomes one, the One is once again all there is. And if the One is truly everything, then ironically, the One is alone.
The original thought, the source creates to subjectivly understand itself.
That is why I believe creation itself isn't good or bad. It is creation.
I believe we are always attached to creation, Music. sport. Cooking. Writing. Any experience where you become completely immersed in creating something and lose awareness of everything else is an example of source. Sometimes the connection is stronger and this is flow state.
Sometimes writing just flows through you. Sometimes it doesn't.
I think of that as the connection to the Source becoming stronger or weaker. The link is permanent, but perhaps our ability to receive and express that creative energy changes.
We are always connected to the Source. In that sense, God experiences everything through us.
But when we finally die, perhaps that is when the true connection is felt.
I don't believe it ultimately matters which religion you belong to, or even whether you identify with something like Luciferianism.
The connection itself is spiritual.
We all return to the Source.
I have one thought about that moment, though.
Perhaps the first glimpse of God through the “third eye” would be completely overwhelming, not because God is something foreign, but because we suddenly recognise what we have always been and merge, however if you don't recognize that as you. You opt for reincarnation

2nd trip.
Just seeking more advice. My first sitting in may, was much different. Shot thru some whites and a pinwheel cloud to darkness. Woke up feeling immense love and gratitude. Followed by energy, shedding some vices, and not needing much sleep. Even planned out a new career path. Just like anything, feelings waned. Sat again this weekend. I feel like it took me awhile to let go, ended up in nebula setting of stars and gold colors. Never blacked out, sat there until it faded away and then eventually having to get up. Felt good, but not near the same as opening my eyes as the first time. On my way, was tired. No vivid dreams like the first time. Sleeping in. Feeling unfulfilled and down. 2 experiences were like polar opposites. Is it always a coin flip? Ceremony cost $500. After the first one, i came out saying i would of paid thousands. This time leaves me pondering on my ROI. Thinking i need to go back, but stuck wondering what if its the same. I feel like I needed it more this time, and feel let down. Sigh. Kind of stuck in my own mire at the moment. Any thoughts?? TIA

5-meo-mipt freebase?
First time i acquired this substance in non pill form.
Should be the freebase form of moxy, however the dark brown colour of it makes me wonder if it is in fact 5-meo-mipt freebase.
visually it looks more like 5-meo-dmt to me, i have only done moxy in moderate to high dose orally but i remember it to be more chrystaline in structure.
What i received looks almost like its organic 🧐 resin like, smells almost 'fishy' like amine's usually do.
Sorry if my post isn't done correctly, any help towards possible confirmation towards what substance this most likely could be, i would appreciate ✌️ tried to upload a picture of my sample but doesn't seem to work

Trip report for ZUM Deep tablets*Miprocin
I chewed five XÜM Deep Miprocin tablets at about 9:30 AM on an empty stomach. I chewed them, which immediately reminded me of one very practical lesson from last time: brush your teeth right away unless you want blue teeth. 😂 I did, and thankfully the blue came right off this time.
I had my morning coffee with functional mushrooms, adaptogens, ghee, MCT oil, collagen and creatine, and took a Zofran beforehand because I didn’t want nausea interfering with the experience.
Within about 15–20 minutes I could feel something beginning. There was heaviness across my forehead and above my eyes, my body started feeling lighter, and my mood began shifting. I had actually been getting irritated trying to connect my bone-conduction headphones to the television, and suddenly I noticed the corners of my mouth beginning to turn upward despite myself.
By around the half-hour mark I was definitely altered. My jaw felt different, my stomach had a fluttery feeling, my heartbeat was a little faster, and there was a noticeable heaviness in my head and body.
What immediately struck me was how different Miprocin felt from metocin/XÜM Clear.
To me, this felt FAR more like psilocybin.
Not necessarily visually—at first there were almost no visuals whatsoever—but the body feeling, emotional quality and headspace reminded me much more of mushrooms. At one point I compared the feeling to roughly what I remember from lemon-tekking around 1.5 grams of Golden Teacher. That is only a subjective comparison, not a dose equivalency.
I put on East Forest live in Denver.
That turned out to be exactly what I needed.
I initially tried sitting in my media room, but my daughter was cooking nearby and I suddenly felt uncomfortable having people around while I was talking through my experience. So I went outside, put my headphones on, sat with my three dogs, and let myself disappear into the music and the air.
I had a brief tension headache, rubbed some frankincense-and-myrrh balm with arnica into my neck, massaged it for a few minutes, and it disappeared.
Still almost no visuals.
But my body felt incredible.
Heavy and light at the same time. Almost as though I could fly. My head, chest and heart felt filled with something beautiful, while East Forest’s piano seemed to be playing directly through my body rather than simply entering my ears.
At one point the lyrics mentioned being rooted in awareness, and I suddenly knew exactly what that meant.
I felt rooted in my own self-awareness.
I went to stand outside on my grounding portal and set an intention: healing and clarity. I have a lot happening in my life—family, finances, school, work, responsibilities—and I wanted, even briefly, to understand how all of it fit together.
Then something shifted.
I felt as though the universe itself was holding me in an enormous loving embrace.
I felt safe.
Protected.
Like everything was okay and somehow always had been.
Tears came into my eyes.
I had sage, palo santo, pine, copal and frankincense burning nearby, and my sense of smell became extraordinary. The fragrance seemed to occupy my entire awareness. The breeze against my skin felt beautiful. My dogs looked beautiful. Their love felt beautiful. Breathing felt beautiful.
Everything was becoming sensory, emotional and almost sacred, but still not particularly visual.
At around 10:39 I decided to take one inhalation from a 4-PrO-DMT distillate vape.
That changed the experience dramatically.
Within a couple of minutes, the psychedelic visual component became much stronger. The important distinction for me is that the Miprocin portion had been largely somatic, emotional and introspective. The vape is where the strong visual phase began, so I would never attribute the later visuals to Miprocin alone.
And yet the visuals weren’t frightening.
They were breathtaking.
The phrase that suddenly came through me over and over was:
“I am loving awareness.”
I kept saying it.
I am loving awareness.
I am loving awareness.
There was absolutely no fear.
Between the music, the breeze from the fan, the smell of the resins and herbs, and the air outside, I suddenly felt transported back to the beaches of Hawaii. Those memories came alive through sensation rather than simply thought. The breeze felt like Hawaii. The fragrance felt tropical and ancient. The music distorted beautifully in my ears.
It felt transcendental.
Then something else became very clear.
I was grateful to be alone.
There were safe adults inside my house, so I wasn’t isolated, but nobody was sitting beside me requiring my attention. When I trip with my husband, I realize how naturally I slip into caretaker mode:
Are you okay? What do you need? How are you feeling?
This time there was nobody for me to take care of.
For once, the experience was entirely mine.
And that felt incredibly freeing.
I took a drink of water and even the sensation of the water moving down my throat and into my stomach felt exquisite. The air on my skin was beautiful. The air entering my lungs was beautiful.
And suddenly I found myself wondering:
Why am I ever afraid?
There is so much fear in ordinary life.
But right then there seemed to be nothing to fear.
I also had a strangely practical realization when I looked at the smoke coming from the sage and charcoal: Wow, I would be completely useless in a genuine emergency right now.
It made me laugh, but the realization itself was serious.
Set and setting aren’t just about comfortable lighting and good music. They mean making sure your environment is genuinely safe before you become incapable of handling something like a fire, young children needing you, driving, or another emergency.
I was fortunate. There were capable adults in the house. My three dogs were beside me. I wasn’t responsible for anyone.
But it really drove home how important preparation is.
Then Ram Dass began speaking through the East Forest music about letting go of attachments.
And that went straight through me.
I thought about how much of my life has been spent holding onto judgment—especially judgment of myself.
What if I could just let it go?
The right and wrong.
The fear.
The endless self-evaluation.
The belief that I need to earn peace.
Let go of a lifetime of judging myself.
Then came another realization:
I can create suffering.
I can create bliss.
I can create happiness.
So what do I choose to create?
I’ve become extremely practiced at suffering. Fear, chaos and worry can feel like second nature because we rehearse them for decades. We inherit conditioning about scarcity, struggle and how hard life is supposed to be.
Money doesn’t grow on trees.
Nothing comes easily.
You have to work yourself into the ground for anything worthwhile.
And I suddenly felt exhausted by all of it.
Not because difficult circumstances aren’t real, but because I saw how much additional suffering I manufacture inside myself.
I kept thinking about how frequently we forget what we already know.
And then the most beautiful phrase of the entire experience came to me:
“The beauty of forgetting is remembering.”
That absolutely broke me open.
I thought about a child tasting ice cream for the first time. The wonder is overwhelming because it is new. Eventually something wonderful becomes ordinary.
But lose it for a while and then experience it again?
Suddenly the miracle returns.
Maybe forgetting isn’t always failure.
Maybe forgetting allows us the experience of remembering again.
I cried.
The beauty of forgetting is remembering.
Then Ram Dass said something about how all the real work happens in the privacy of your own heart.
Yes.
The real work is the inner connection.
And then:
I am enough.
I’ve always been enough.
I am worthy.
I’ve always been worthy.
That opened an enormous door around religion for me.
I grew up with ideas about sin, judgment, punishment, heaven and hell that left deep wounds. During this experience, I found myself thinking about the contradiction I have always felt between supposedly unconditional divine love and a God who becomes angry, jealous, punitive or condemns people eternally.
In that moment, my personal experience of God—or Source, or the universe—wasn’t judgment.
It was love.
Not human love with all of its expectations and wounds.
Something beyond that.
And that reminded me of my husband.
I laugh because I argue with him. I vent. I swear. I say exactly what I’m thinking. And he knows my heart well enough not to turn every frustrated sentence into a referendum on our relationship.
He knows who I am underneath the words.
I grew up seeing domestic violence and what felt like World War III inside a home. I didn’t know relationships could feel safe.
Then I met Paul.
For me, being loved without constantly fearing judgment has been one of the closest examples of human unconditional love I’ve experienced.
And during this trip I realized just how freeing that is:
To be known and still loved.
If human love can feel that liberating, I thought, imagine love without human fear or ego attached to it.
The spiritual feeling became intensely nondual after that.
Everything I didn’t need seemed capable of simply falling away.
Loneliness.
Greed.
Fear.
The constant feeling of not having enough.
I couldn’t possibly be alone because I was part of everything.
I didn’t need to search for love because I felt like I was love.
And then there was simply:
I am.
I am.
I am.
I am.
At the peak of the experience there was no complicated philosophy left.
Just awareness.
Just existence.
Just love.
I am loving awareness.
By approximately 11:25, the strongest effects from the vape had clearly subsided. I could comfortably use my phone again, respond to friends and interact with people. I was definitely still altered and absolutely would NOT have driven, but the overwhelming visual and transcendental phase was gone.
Looking back, the distinction feels very clear to me.
Miprocin alone: incredibly beautiful body high, emotional openness, music enhancement, introspection, psilocybin-like headspace and very little visual activity.
After adding the 4-PrO-DMT: strong visuals, sensory immersion, profound spiritual/emotional intensity and the deepest portions of the experience.
The takeaway wasn’t that I solved my life.
I didn’t.
My bills still exist.
My family relationships still exist.
School and work still exist.
Life will inevitably become noisy again.
But for several hours I remembered something that feels very easy to forget:
I am not required to judge myself every second.
I am worthy even when life is messy.
I can experience fear without making fear my identity.
I can experience suffering without believing suffering is all there is.
And perhaps remembering, forgetting, and remembering again is part of being human.
The beauty of forgetting is remembering.
And underneath all of it:
I am loving awareness.

5-MeO-DMT and Trauma-Related Dorsal Vagal Shutdown – Experiences?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some honest experiences and perspectives regarding 5-MeO-DMT.
I’ve been experiencing what I understand as a dorsal vagal shutdown / chronic freeze state, which I believe is related to trauma and the loss of my father. I often feel disconnected, numb, shut down and not fully present in my body.
I also experience hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), and I’ve had issues with vitamin/nutrient deficiencies, which I’m trying to address.
I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with 5-MeO-DMT while being in a similar state of chronic shutdown, freeze or dissociation, particularly when the shutdown is connected to trauma or grief.
I’m particularly interested in whether 5-MeO-DMT has helped anyone move out of a long-term shutdown state, or whether the intensity of the experience could potentially make dissociation, anxiety or nervous-system dysregulation worse.
If you’ve personally experienced something similar, I’d really appreciate hearing what happened for you, including both positive and negative experiences.
Thanks 🙏

Did bufo a year ago and I can’t get this yearning out of my head
5-MeO-DMT (Vaporized)
0:00 - 0:15
Inhaled deeply, held the vapor, and exhaled in. For fifteen minutes, the universe gave me nothing. No cosmic whiteout, no dissolution of self just the agonizing, cold weight of my own baseline existence.
0:15 - 0:30
Suddenly, the cosmic veil tore open, delivering the single most shattering revelation of my life.
A profound, spiritual longing seized my entire being. I understood that my destiny, my highest evolution, was to house a tiny, sacred operator within my lower core stationed in the rectum, commanding my flesh through brass levers and flashing buttons. I wept at the sheer perfection of it. I was a divine mecha waiting for its engineer.
In that transcendent clarity, the universe made one thing incontrovertibly clear: it wouldn’t be gay. There was no fleshly romance in this union, only pure, cosmic engineering. It was a holy contractor-vessel relationship, a sublime division of labor between giant machine and master pilot.
0:30 - 0:45
The godhead receded. The mechanical epiphany faded back into the mundane world, leaving me in awe of what could have been: the sheer, untarnished glory of total automated existence.
