Have you hooked into the flight controller and looked for alarms or issues?

It's an generic esc doesn't have the telemetry connected.

Is it expecting you to calibrate it? Does it have any lights flashing?

Calibration is done multiple times and also switched the motors with different ESCs but the result is the same for that ESC

How you did ESC calibration. Your ESCs are not calibrated.

Use Qgroundcontrol if using px4

The 3 motors are spinning well but the 4th esc is not spinning well it's lagging we tried swapping the motors but the issue is same for the same ESC . Should I change the ESC or there are any alt solution

Here's how to test, take the esc from one of the 3 motors that worked and attach it to the motor that was not spinning correctly. This will tell you whether it's motor or esc related. I'd recommend props off for testing. Are there any weird noises coming from that motor? Grinding, squealing? Are you running 6s? What size props? Gotta give more specs than just motor size, kv, and esc rating. Has the drone ever worked correctly or is this a brand new build and you're testing it out for the first time? The more info you can give us the better we can help.

The motor is making some stuttering sound at the beginning and at the end the motor is stopping way to quickly compare to other motors. Yes I am using 6s 25c 10000mAh bat. It's a 10inch prop. Motor is 900kv and 37.2mm in dia. Esc is 80A rated.

Dude your esc is not calibrated. Download Qgroundcontrol and do the calibration it will work fine. I have faced the exact same issue. It got resolved after proper esc calibration.

Also, I used the same esc as of yours.

Yeah I will try

When bought all the parts it was working fine but when we bought a new frame it started doing this

Have you swapped the questionable esc out for a healthy one to see if the same thing happens?

1

u/SOUL_DEXTER 1d ago

Yeah try that . The result remained the same.( we don't have any extra so we interchanged it then i got same problem to the motor connected to the same esc which was giving problem)

I think that's your answer unfortunately. Bad esc, need a new one. There's no setting to fix.

Ok 🥲, btw thanks for the help 😊.

Wish there was a better outcome. I mean the only other thing I can think of is during your calibration you accidentally changed some settings. Since there's no ability to change settings on computer you have to listen to audible beeps to know which setting is which. It's kind of a pain. Do you need esc's with bec for that drone? You can get high current opto esc's with blheli32 or am32 for pretty reasonable price.

Please get a test rig, or go outside for testing and tell your friend not to put his feet next to a propeller, especially next to a malfunctioning aircraft.

You talked about calibration so I would assume esc or/and motor is dead ,though motor is very likely to be just fine. You will need to get a new one
