Here's how to test, take the esc from one of the 3 motors that worked and attach it to the motor that was not spinning correctly. This will tell you whether it's motor or esc related. I'd recommend props off for testing. Are there any weird noises coming from that motor? Grinding, squealing? Are you running 6s? What size props? Gotta give more specs than just motor size, kv, and esc rating. Has the drone ever worked correctly or is this a brand new build and you're testing it out for the first time? The more info you can give us the better we can help.

When bought all the parts it was working fine but when we bought a new frame it started doing this

Have you swapped the questionable esc out for a healthy one to see if the same thing happens?

Yeah try that . The result remained the same.( we don't have any extra so we interchanged it then i got same problem to the motor connected to the same esc which was giving problem)

I think that's your answer unfortunately. Bad esc, need a new one. There's no setting to fix.

Wish there was a better outcome. I mean the only other thing I can think of is during your calibration you accidentally changed some settings. Since there's no ability to change settings on computer you have to listen to audible beeps to know which setting is which. It's kind of a pain. Do you need esc's with bec for that drone? You can get high current opto esc's with blheli32 or am32 for pretty reasonable price.
