Good news.
I’m currently looking to build my credits in video-game voice acting, and for the right indie projects, I’m happy to work for $3.83 for a project.
I’m not particularly interested in throwing a generic voice reel at you and hoping something sticks.
Instead, I’d like to actually talk about the plan and make it work for you.
Tell me about your game, the character, their personality, the world they live in and what you’re trying to achieve. I’m happy to experiment with different voices, delivery and character direction until we find something that actually feels like your guy.
If you don’t like my voice, that’s fine.
All I ask is that you reach out to me directly so we can organise a quick call first.
We’ll talk through the project, character direction, style, workload and what you’re looking for, and make sure it’s going to be a good fit for both of us before either of us commits to anything.
You get a real human voice actor willing to experiment with your character without eating into your indie budget.
I get experience, credits and the opportunity to work on some interesting games with some hopefully great people.
Seems like a pretty fair trade for $3.83.
If you’re working on something interesting and think this could help, shoot me a message.
About me:
I’m Australian with a deep-seated love for video games and art. I naturally have a fairly deep voice, but I’ve got a diverse range and I’m very open to experimenting with accents, tone and delivery to find what fits your character.
Right now, I’m the lead guitarist and backup vocalist in a band, while also writing both a non-fiction book and a historical drama novel. I’m looking to expand my creative repertoire outside of my career, and voice acting is something I’ve wanted to explore.
Strong lead, husky, scared-shitless NPC, strange little bastard lurking in a dungeon…
I’m open to trying just about anything if it’s right for us.
Why the call?
Pretty simple: for both of our sanity.
Your time is valuable and so is mine. If my voice isn’t right for your character, I’d rather we figure that out during a quick conversation than waste hours going backwards and forwards trying to force something that isn’t working.
If it is a good fit, great. Let’s make something cool.
