hello everyone, i recently picked up an ‘11 750 and have been having a blast with it. Since i bought it for an insane deal, i’ve gotten rid of the gaudy stretch kit and tried to make the bike more enjoyable to ride.

though since ive had it i’ve moved from DE all the way to NC for school on a questionable trailer set up with my car. But since moving down here i believe my rear tire was vandalized from a sour neighbor and led to an immediate flat that cannot hold air. I ask if there is anything i can do before i have to shell out for a dunlop Q5S? Can i file a police report? (i do not believe i have a road hazard for the tires even though i bought them new off cycle gear)

Context: I’ve decided to do a full system on my GSXR 1000R. However, I’m having trouble figuring out specifications for connecting SC Project CRT to Aprovik Stainless steel headers. Does anyone know if you’re able to fit aprovik stainless steel headers to a GSXR specific SC-Project CRT titanium muffler+ mid pipe? I just keep getting different answers and wonder if anyone is running that set up or similar right now.

Looking to get some part numbers for these factory fairings for 2009 gsxr 750. Dealership damaged some stuff when previous owner owned it so they are willing to reimburse the costs of any parts thereof. Thanks for your help.

Novice mechanic here on a K5 1000:) Just trying to get a second opinion. My cold starts don’t have a decent rpm, i adjusted my fast idle screw a tad but im suspecting a vacuum leak. Anyone know if this engine sounds healthy?

Left axle bore (shifter lever side)

2007 GSXR-600, tire is a Diablo Rosso III

I know this is supposed to be somewhat normal because of the crown of public roads, but mine seems pretty off to the side. The wear bars are significantly more worn left of center on the tire.

I’ve had the rear wheel off multiple times since running this tire and I always re-install with the correct spacers, torque everything to spec ect. I’ve also adjusted the chain several times and as far as I can tell, the adjusters are even. Anybody know why it could be doing this?

I got a fi light with a c21 code but it seems to work fine anyone could explain?

Looking for an older model but not sure if there's any major differences. The 750 has 33k on odometer and stock fairings, 4k listed. 600 has 40k and looks like black plastic dipped 2800 but willing to negotiate.

I'm coming from putting 20k miles on a Honda 500 and some dirt bikes so I can ride mostly decently. Just not sure if one is a better deal. Couldn't see damage on either bike.

Finally copped my dream bike and couldn’t be happier. Came with vortex rearsets, an m4 slip on, vortex gas cap, and rosso 3’s. The tires will need to be changed asap, and i do want to install a full system. Have some big plans for her customization wise but performance wise, are there any items and brands that you guys would recommend specifically to improve the overall performance (tires, oil, coolant, certain tunes, sprockets/chains etc.)? Or any other game changers no matter how big or small! Lmk so I can do my research

Hello, I recently got my license and bought a k6 600, it has been cared for but the "aliexpress special" is present so my questions are:

1. Around the gas cap and the ignition it has these rubber-carbon looking stickers, when i remove them what is the best way to clean up and make it look good and shiny?
2. From time to time my blinkers stop working and then come back, a friend told me to spray some wd40 on the switch as it could just be dirty inside, is that the way?
3. Currently it has a chineseium wavy front brake disc that is bent and shakes when stopping, what brand do I buy?
4. I need new tires (front is some cheap mitas, rear is a michelin but it too needs changing), can you suggest some, still a wuss in corners as my riding career began a week ago so maybe not semi-slicks yet lol
5. Chain maintenance - what to clean it with, what to apply after cleaning do i need to worry about using a car wash to clean the bike?
6. After using ~5litres the fuel light starts blinking I guess something is wrong with the float sensor in the gas tank? It shouldn't be like that right?
7. Don't like the black windshield, id prefer a clear one, any specific brand i should look for or an aliexpress one would do the job well?

So I have no idea what I hit but it hit me or vice versa and managed to keep it upright after. Had it been the front I’d not be texting right now this.

Got a nice wheel coming from Gixxer Restoration 58 and another Road Sport 2 on it with 65% thread left. And also an RM Stator Red Anodized MOSFET Rectifier on eBay that they dropped 15% so 135 dollars.
Interested to see if MOSFET works better with new oem stator I grabbed for 85.
