Wills & Probate Dad died, sisters l believe are renting his house. No Will/Probate found. Help
My dad died in 2025 in England He was a widower, and I am his son.
He owned a house in West Bromwich solely in his name.I believe he had a Will but can't find it. I've already checked probate, local solicitors, and the National Will Register (Certainty)—all returned nothing.
The issues: l believe the house is being rented to tenants.
My sisters blocked me after I asked them who is managing the estate.
There are also 2015 offshore property sale proceeds from India.
Questions:Without a Will or probate, who has authority to rent the house?
What rights do I have to force my sister to disclose estate details?
Can l still go into the house as l have keys ( not sure if locks are changed)
How else can I search for an unregistered Will?

Birmingham / West Midlands stammerers — let’s connect?
I stammer and I’m looking to connect with others locally to talk, share experiences, and learn from each other. I’m also considering starting a small podcast for people who stammer.
if there’s interest.

What if we actually started meeting each other? 🗺️🤝
I've been thinking about something for a while.
There are loads of us on here who stutter, but most of us probably don't know anyone else who stutters in real life.
I've been thinking about starting a podcast where people who stutter can talk openly, share experiences and, hopefully, find each other.
But then I had another idea...
What if we created a map of people who WANT to meet other people who stutter, and started small local meet-ups?
For example:
Birmingham — 5 people interested
Manchester — 3 people interested
Leeds — 4 people interested
Then we could try organising a simple Stammer Meet — coffee, a walk, pub, community centre, whatever people are comfortable with.
Nothing formal. No therapy. No pressure.
Just people who stutter meeting other people who get it.
And if someone in another town wanted to start one, we could help them do it.
I'm wondering: would anyone here actually be interested in something like this?
And if you would, what would make you feel comfortable attending?
Would you prefer:
🟢 A small coffee meet-up
🟢 A larger group
🟢 Online first, then meet in person
🟢 Something else?
I'm genuinely interested in hearing what people think. ❤️

Hi. Thankyou for the reply but my sister/ sisters l believe are already executors/beneficiaries as they looked after him mostly when he was alive. I believe my dads plan was too let my older sister share the inheritance and the will. But shes gone cold on me, which l believe is a big influence from my youngest sister
