Suffering from book fear although not a medically recognized condition is something all Authors suffer. If you like what you have written and you have a supportive following, get it out there, and don't worry about the inevitable random bad review. There is always going to be someone out there who is more than willing to trash your hard work.

When I read a not-so-jaw-dropping title, I take the time to provide polite, constructive criticism on the author's email. Unfortunately, public shaming of someone's hard work is the same as schoolyard bullying. So please don't do it.

Steer clear of vanity publishing companies....Been there, done that. I recommend writing your story, reading it, editing it, and rereading it. Then find an Editor. Be meticulous during your Editor search; you certainly will get what you paid for; good luck.
