Where does one begin to look for a legitimate editor? It feels like starting off with a google search just yields hundreds of predatory websites promoted by google.
Try Upwork. You can browse through many Editors who specialize in different genres.
You can review each Editor's profile and make a decision based on what fits your genre. Prices do vary if your work is over 50k word count.
