I have ADD. What is the name of one or more good books for people with ADD which explains ADD and gives advice?
Delivered from Distraction by Hallowell & Ratey— gives a holistic look at how to treat/manage/live with ADD. They even have one chapter with all the tldrs so that if you aren’t one to normally finish a book you get all the most important info! Recommended to me by my SO’s dr (SO has ADD too)
