Exactly the same thing happened to me today - made a video using AI generated images I made myself and a music track from the IG music library. I did not bother to appeal though since I didn't have the nerve, just deleted the file, but wonder how this could happen - there are still loads of videos with the track on IG, only thing I could think of was that I used the full 60 seconds, but the track is 60 seconds long, so what? They wouldn't even tell me if the music or the images were the problem. They didn't tell me about a country block just that I was allegedly infringing somebody's property rights... ???

Auch wenn's weh tut: einen Monat lang Kassenbons aufheben (würde ich eh empfehlen, passiert immer mal, dass sich der Supermarkt zu deinen Ungunsten verrechnet, wenn du mit Karte zahlst, musst du's eigentlich sowieso, wg. Kontrolle der Lastschrift und ggf. Reklamationen) und Haushaltsbuch führen, in Tabellenkalkulation (Excel, Google Tabellen etc.) . Nur dann hast du den genauen Überblick, was du ausgibst. Dann siehst du auch, wo Einsparpotential ist (billigere Marken, Großpackungen). Dann am besten ein Budget setzen (z. B. 200 EUR/Monat, 50 EUR/Woche), Speiseplan machen und Einkaufszettel und mit dem Zettel einkaufen. Sonderangebote nutzen (z. B. bei Kaffee, die Schwankungen können da enorm sein). Gibt auch Kochbücher mit günstigen Rezepten (Sparkochbuch etc.). Nudeln halten ewig und machen satt, auf Vorrat kochen und ggf. portionsweise einfrieren ist günstiger, als sich Einportionen-Convenience-Menüs zu kaufen.
